I give this Hospital 10/10 I gave birth on 9/26/2023 I had best experience with the nurses and I have the best doctor Delivery my baby Dr. Huber the hospitality was amazing the nurses were fabulous they took good care of me and made sure I was calm and everything while I was there . They made sure to keep on checking on me and even stayed by my side because I was there alone we were waiting for my boyfriend to fly in from out of state that same night I was about to give birth. I was nervous but all that went away because the nurses were there for me and my doctor shes just amazing she’s would check on me to see if I dilated more I love the fact that they would show there concerns about me and if I had questions they made sure they had the answers to it. I had the sweetest nurses and doctor I’m very thankful I had an amazing experience giving birth at the hospital. And the nutritionist was very helpful and sweet they made sure to come and take orders for me even though after birth I wasn’t feeling hungry and didn’t have any appetite at all . They were the most amazing nutritionists I have had and this my first time every having a baby in Jamestown I moved from out of state and the way I was treated by the hospital staff were just very friendly and beautiful 🤩 💕💕.

JRMC makes me wish I lived nearer to Jamestown. I went there in 2020 and again in 2023 to be seen by specialists (ENT and osteopathic surgery), and it's the best clinic in the area. Patients are treated with friendliness, respect, and courtesy. The doctors and nurses are very competent. It was a positive experience every time, even with the painful conditions that required me to go there. I especially appreciated the nurse, Deb, in osteopathic surgery. On top of this, they have a policy of charging only what the patient can afford. For a while I even had a notice on my car's dashboard, "in case of emergency, take me to the ER at JRMC." I wish I had driven there with my broken arm and wrist back in April! It would have been difficult to drive, but I would have received respectful and affordable care, as I could not on a weekend in Valley City.

My son was injured in a football game, not serious enough for an ED visit, but needed to be evaluated. I was able to get him in the next day with the JRMC Orthopedic department for a free injury screening. A very thorough evaluation was completed by a physical therapist and he was cleared to play. The PT even sent us home with exercises and resistance bands to help with strength. Wonderful experience!

I was out of town for an appointment and had hurt my ankle the day prior. I came to JRMC because all the walk in clinics were closed. The ER staff had treated my daughter and I with such respect and care than I have ever recieved in my hometowns hospital.
Rachel, the RN, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and have my pain atleast manageable. She was literally a godsend and I will never forget the care she had given me and her interaction with my daughter. Thankyou!
The hospital does have a small town feel to it but I wouldnt have expected more because of that.

Absolutely loved my stay here. I was treated with the upmost respect from the time I walked into the emergency room to the time I was admitted and left the hospital. The doctors that did my c-section were very helping, caring, and reassuring especially seeing that I was having an emergency c-section. They nurses who treated me afterwards were spectacular. Very patient and loving. Nothing ever took them long, very fast and productive. I thank God that there are still men and women around that are as motivated and dedicated to the job as the workers that have been treating me the past four days. I would definitely recommend Jamestown Regional Medical Center to friends and family!!

Our 12 year old son had to have a minor surgery to diagnose an issue and the Surgical and Urology staff were nothing short of fantastic. Our son felt so at ease. He had surgery on a Friday and the diagnosis indicated a rare situation which sent us to St. Paul's Children's Hospital in Minnesota. Dr. Bates worked quickly on the referral and we were contacted by St. Paul just hours after surgery and they were able to get us in 2 days later!
Sophie was our son's main nurse on surgery day at JRMC and on our trip to St. Paul he asked if he could name our vehicle's navigation voice "Sophie" - since she took such good care of him in the hospital he figured she'd take care of him on our trip too (which she did :-)! Dr. Bates was clear, informative, comforting to our son and incredibly helpful, especially when it came to the immediate referral and assistance in getting our son on to the next step. Numerous other nurses assisted our son, including helping him through the anesthesia process. As parents in a stressful situation, we can't say enough about how well we were taken care of at JRMC!

I’m in town for a week to visit my small children and their mother went out of town. I was Hurt while there and I dont Know anyone and had to use the ER. The staff and dr were amazing! Rachel was our nurse and Dr Diehl. My boys are 5 and 9 and not very patient and Rachel was so super helpful. Made a very stressful situation so much better and even though they were super busy took the time to help me with my boys where I needed It and sent them home with gifts, gave snacks. Thank you so very much

My family and I have always received great care here - whether we've been in the clinic, ER, or family birthplace - we were treated by caring and competent professionals! Jamestown is lucky to have all of these services locally.

Dr. Erickson and the OB nurses took excellent care of me when I had my baby girl in June. Thank you for the amazing care that was taken of me and my baby. You are all awesome!!

Very Nice Patient Care. Friendly Receptionists, Nurses, Laboratory Assistant and Doctor Skari all of them are Great. I was treated with Love, Kindness, Respect and A Positive Attitude by everyone. Thank You JRMC.

Went here today after I unintentionally tried to cut my finger off. Obviously went to the ER, nurses were top shelf. Big shoutout to Rachel! Thanks . Doc was great, got treated and sent on my way . Thanks again!

JRMC offers top-notch care that rivals Essentia and Sanford in Fargo. I would not hesitate to go through them again!

Staff is very nice. Visited Radiology and Podiatry. Big unisex bathrooms. Free concession area reopened.

Dedicated and professional staff that are compassionate. JRMC is committed to growth of new services and advancement of healthcare for the region.

I’ve been to the orthopedic offices, physical therapy and surgical center. All places have had wonderful, friendly staff. They took good care of me.

Very nice doctor when I had visited. And a very understanding secretary/receptionist. Also the nurse was very understanding as well.

Always excellent care and great staff. Community is blessed to have the services.
