The CVS located at 4005 E. 8th Place in Denver CO has been absolutely awesome in their service and customer care for the past 4 years! Every time I arrive, there is someone greeting me and asking how they can assist. It is a wonderful experience! CVS is so much better on all levels compared to the Walgreens in the Denver area!

I scheduled and received my COVID new variant booster shot here. The scheduling process online was easy and I was able to check in via mobile at the appointment time. They were busy but I did receive my shot within 10 mins after arriving CVS. Staff were friendly.

These pharmacists went the extra mile today trying to fill 1001 prescriptions, running a mile a minute and sacrificing breaks to try to help us get their medication. Bless you all and thank you.

This location is struggling due to entire pharmacy staff quitting. Pharmacists and technicians have been driving from far away cities to help, all you leaving one star reviews need to have some empathy for the employees that are trying to help you. They didn’t have to agree to help this location so you can get your medications so either change pharmacies or knock it off with the verbal abuse. While in line I saw 5+ grown men yelling at these poor girls who drove from Littleton just to help this location I wanted to step in but did not sue to the fear of being attacked. On the other hand I had picked up a medication a few weeks ago and the young ladies Anna (pharmacist) and Katie (technician) were amazing and very helpful! I hope this location will get new employees fast, until then I will be filling at Glendale to lessen their work load :)

11 out of 10 stars for Olivia! I can't even tell you how helpful she was tonight getting last minute flyers printed for work (right before close), even helped me pick out a good lipstick and gave me a little pep talk for my presentation tomorrow. Thank you, Olivia :)

I had great experience there from June through September. I stopped in after the snow storm to overhear that “Everyone” in the pharmacy quit. They are pharmacists. Yet, how many people are bothering them with vaccinations preventing them from doing the job that they went to school for? Please get your vaccinations at your Drs office or health department! Anywhere but stop bothering the pharmacists!!!

These pharmacists are overwhelmed and are still fast and doing everything they can. They are helping an overwhelming amount of people. They deserve patience and courtesy. I appreciate them and the long hours they devote to a thankless clientele.

everyone in these reviews giving this place 1 star are being glendale/cherry creek snobs. the phone system sucks, but it's that way with all of the walgreens too. you want to get something done? have the patience to find the right prompt (It's 7) to talk to an actual pharmacist. they were extremely pleasant with me and as I noted urgencey because it was oain medication, they filled it in an hour... everyone there was nice.

I would like to Give a shot out to Giovanni, he is the last of What Good Cust Service is about and stands for. He went above and beyond to help me with CVS card sign up and I appreciate him doing so. Like most poor cust sev they give the bare min of info and Shue off the customer However Giovanni Explained and helped me sign up to benefit the customer.

I dont live close to a cvs but Because of great service I will travel 10 miles to go to my nearest CVS rather than than a corner store. He got a new customer and will keep this customer!

My experience at the CVS store today was outstanding great customer service. They show you that you are important to them just love this store.

Jessica was left on her own the entire day. Literally the only person in the store. Apparently the other staff just walked out. She was a trooper and kept a great attitude the whole time

I went in to CVS on 8th & Colorado Blvd today & encountered a wonderful, helpful young man helped me. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable & guided me in the right direction. It was a treat to have a cashier be as kind as he was.

Wow! I can honestly say that was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Lizeth was not only welcoming and friendly, she helped me find what I needed, confirmed it was a bogo item. (Nice!) she fast and efficient without making me feel rushed. Thank you Lizeth.

For its size, this store is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and informative. Certainly a great spot to shop before or after work for the essentials and for convenient items one might need throughout their day.

Best pharmacy and pharmacists in Denver.. always nice hardly ever a line and the store is clean. I appreciate not having to dread a trip to the pharmacy.

Very friendly staff. Fairly large store for the location that stocks many things. Self checkout available. Pharmacy is terrific.
