Over the years, I bought 3 handguns from Sporting Goods Discounter. I have also won 2 guns at gun raffles and took them to exchange for what I wanted. Prompt service and friendly and knowledgeable. Of the many things that I like about them is that they didn't treat me any different than if I was a guy! They didn't assume that I knew nothing about guns because I was a girl. I always recommend SGD to my friends. Now I am intrigued about those small " folding" handguns and will be checking them out soon.

New store is awesome!! Well stocked on most anything you need. Very happy to special order anything they don’t have. I’ve bought and traded to many to number from these guys over the years. They’ve even out fitted my kids with their first guns. Jake and Doug are my go too for help but all employees are very knowledgeable about the industry. It’s nice to be greeted by name when entering!!

Between Jake & Mitchell you can get any weapon you want, any customization you want, as well as quality service. I heavily recommend asking for them to ensure a 5 star experience

I've purchased about 4 handguns this year from them (usually knowing what I wanted before entering the store). On my last visit I was trying to find something for my wife. That can be hard to determine by yourself. These guys knew what other women had purchased and the pros and cons of each. The salesman was really knowledgeable, patient, and made the best suggestions. It felt great to actually be SOLD something instead of someone just taking an ORDER.

I once passed on a pistol that I wanted that was "on sale" at a major retailer. So glad that I did. I stopped at SGD a week or so later and found the same gun for $50 less - which was their regular price. That was my first purchase here.
To top it off their salespeople are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Great local gun shop. The guys that work here are always friendly and helpful. If you go there expect a wait, but that just shows they have a good business.
