Paige is wonderful. She helped me last week and today I upgraded. Great knowledge. She is so caring of her customers. She is in Coal Twp. store. It is great to have someone that is so patient with us seniors. Great person. Thank You, Paige. All the other assistants were also very cordial to anyone that came through the door. I was there for about 2 hrs. but she was doing what she had to do to make sure everything was right with transferring from old phone to new phone. Great store, close to home..

William was absoutly amazing! He first told me of a better deal I could get and very very friendly definitely an amazing customer service agent I would always go back for anything I believe he'd be able to help or atleast steer me in the correct direction. His trainee is also seeming like she's going to be just as amazing again I'd recommend anytime.

My salesperson was Adam. It was the best phone experience I have had. I went in not knowing what I wanted, he gave me information and told me to research on my own because he did not want to sell me something I didn't need. I went back next day and told him what I decided and was in and out in half hour. No pressure and super quick! Will definitely return and recommend.

My experience at the Russell Verizon store was today was exceptional. I believe the person who took care of me was Kristina. Very well informed and very helpful. I had been at the hamburg, PA store and the Buckhorn, PA store yesterday to upgrade my phone and both were bad experiences. I just want to let you know that my experience at Russell's Verizon store was great. It was a pleasure doing business at that store. Thanks again. This will be my go to store in the future..

My experience here was very pleasant. Had my new phone ready to startup and transfer from my old and I didn’t want to do it myself. Bryan was very very informative and answered all my questions. I had no wait which was also very nice. I always go here for my iPhone needs.

After a very frustrating experience with the representatives from Verizon.com, I was so happy I decided to go into Russell Cellular in Coal Township to upgrade my phone. The store manager, Will, took care of me. The store is really nice and the service was even better. I have already recommended this location to others.

Brian was Very smart, knows his phones, great service, fast service, and great care.. help with everything I needed. Came back the next day with my wife so she can get her upgrade and he helped her with everything and explained everything down to the last penny that was going to be billed to me.... will be coming back again...
