Dr Alec and his staff are wonderful! My appointment had to be rescheduled because of bad weather and they were able to set me up with a new appointment at a time that fit my schedule the following week.
Brenda, Teresa and Betty are so friendly and make me feel comfortable whenever I'm there. The ladies at the front desk are great too!

Went to have a tooth extracted and Dr John was wonderful, caring, patient and thorough. His Assistant Elizabeth was so kind as well. I would recommend Try Valley Dental to anyone.

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I have had nothing but the best care with every visit. I would strongly suggest for everyone to go there. I am a long time patient.

I love this dental facility. Everyone, from the receptionists, the hygienists, and the dentist is enjoyable to be around. The care they provide and their actual concern for their patients' health is fantastic. Hygienists Brenda, Tammy and "Barnsey" are the greatest!!

There has been some changes here over the years but recently things have gotten so much better. The new dentist Alec is great. He's very polite, down to earth and well spoken. The hygienists have always been and continue to be great, especially with how they were able to keep my fidgety and nervous 9 year old at bay during a filling. The girls that help with billing and appointments are also great, very polite and helpful!! Will always recommend Tri Valley Dental if asked!!

Excellent care here! The front desk is helpful and so friendly! Deb was gentle and took great care of me. Dr. Alec took his time explaining what he saw. I felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend this dental practice!

Chelsea is always so patient with my young girls. She is thorough and takes concerns seriously. She answers any questions I have and educates well! My kids do great at the dentist because they know they get to see her and her great work is much appreciated!

Called on Monday and they set it up for Wednesday, this visit was for a broken tooth. It only took 10 minutes to repair the problem. Super experience, love this place. Great staff!

On July 5th had my regularly scheduled visit with Brenda my hygienist. She is so careful and thorough. I trust her explicitly. I have had bad news; but Dr Alec and the team will work with me to devise a treatment plan they are willing to go the extra mile even to the point of doing an extraction. ***** 5 stars again for the team.
OLD POST. Yesterday I was at Trivalley dental for a crown prep. Anyone who knows me recognizes this is a high anxiety event that usually requires pre medication. Well I thought this was going to be a simple in and out procedure so I went without medication as I was gaining trust and confidence in Dr A to the point that I was able to allow him to extract a tooth on a previous visit instead of going to an oral surgeon. Well I would say I was in the chair a good hour. I was also fortunate to have as his assistant ,Tammy who is not only very experienced and thorough but also understands my anxiety reminding me to relax my facial muscles and swallow when she saw my tension building.
Also I have to give credit to my hygienist, Brenda whose care and patience has been my mainstay for many years as I am not a new patient by any means.

Today was my first dental cleaning in over 3 years. I was very nervous about the damage to my teeth and the discomfort of the cleaning after such a long time. Tri valley was very welcoming, gentle, and informative about my care. Chelsea the hygienist did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth! She gave me breaks, talked me through everything she did, and was very very gentle, while taking the time to thoroughly clean my teeth of buildup. They listened to my concerns and gave me free products to help with my sensitivity. It took a while to get my first appt, but my next cleaning has been scheduled right on time and I actually look forward to going back!

Professional & knowledgeable. Brenda goes out of her way to make sure I am taking good care of our teeth & gums. She takes time to explain any issues & gives me a plan to address issues. This office is pleasant & front staff works hard to schedule appointments. Terrific office & staff!

Staff are all very nice and did great with all 5 of my kids (ages ranging 3-14). Even being short staffed today, we were in and out in an hour and a half with cleanings and sealants and all my kids were happy and can't wait to return!
