Brooke and Kevin did a wonderful job upgrading my family and I to IPhone 15s. I typically dread going to phone/ tech stores but they made this experience very informative and fun! They are both very knowledgeable and knew how to trouble shoot every situation. I have worked with them in the past and every time I know I can count on them to help!

Kevin Hunter (store manager) actually helped me out as Kyle had just left for the day. What a pleasant experience it was working with him. I felt like I was being helped by the best in the business. Mobile phones and technology can be confusing, and when so much of your life is stored on them, switching a phone can be stressful, let alone having two kids’ phones as well. Kevin’s knowledge helped ease the entire process. He was also able to work three different customer’s at once. He is a multi-tasking machine, and I hope AT&T takes very good care of him. Good people like that are very difficult to find these days.

My android phone was no longer operating and I made the leap to an iPhone for the first time yesterday (Sunday), which was scary for me. Kyle at the Lionville store was absolutely amazing! He was pleasant, courteous, patient,and very knowledgeable and eased my fears and anxiety with my transition to the iPhone 14pro. He is an asset to your company. Thank you so much Kyle!

Great experience with AT&T Store in Lionville/Exton PA. Did an upgrade and got all-star service from Kyle. Straightforward and clearly articulated the value proposition for the various choices.

Kyle was very professional and composed. He was the only associate working that day. He had a long line of customers in the store as well as a regularly ringing telephone. He took care of customers in the order they arrived, offering them an estimated wait time so they could run other errands while waiting.

While he was helping customers he was respectfully focused on them.

It was superb customer service.

While I often struggle with AT&T as a company, the Lionville store is excellent and Kyle who helped me was incredible patient and knowledgeable and likely deserves a big raise ! We had a complicated issue and four additional customers came in and he was so calm and efficient! Well done!

Kyle at the Lionville ATT was fabulous! He transacted 3 new phones and got me set up on Firstnet. With the help of his manager it was a seamless process and the store was packed. He stayed calm and did not rush us but was respectful of incoming customers. Great service! Thx Kyle!

Glenn in Lionsville was amazing. He was super helpful and was amazing to deal with. Even when an impatient and arrogant customer came in he kept calm and provided quality service in helping me get set up with a new phone. Would highly recommend going to see him. He was fantastic!

I am not one to write a review. This is actually my first. Both Sales Representatives were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Jimmy assisted me and made it a seamless transition from switching carriers. I switched from Verizon to AT&T. He was extremely patient and answered my many questions. In addition, he took the time to transfer over all of my information, such as apps and photos. I highly recommend this location for their excellent service.

We came to the AT&T lioneville store to transfer our service from Verizon to at&t and to get 2 new phones. Met with Brooke Weissat, a very energetic pleasant knowledgable and professional sales person. She was very thorough in getting me the quote with accurate details, asked all the questions, explained everything , transferred our service with no hassle and setup our new phones and made all the arrangements for mailing out my daughter’s new iphone to Joplin, MO. It was a fantastic experience altogether. She is very young and has all the good qualities to put a Great name on the AT&T store and Service.
