Well, you’ve done it again! The Pawtucket Avenue location is as clean, user friendly and fully stocked with the latest in both men’s and women’s undergarment items as the North Kingstown Store. It is equally as user friendly and effortless to navigate to the section of your choice. The staff is well versed on all the merchandise from toys to torsos and use the utmost discretion when answering any questions that the customers may have. It is like a clone of the North Kingstown Store only with a larger retail area and minus the private viewing booths. Great Job!

I shopped in this store over the weekend and I received the best service that I had to write a review, which I never do. They made me feel very comfortable and the store had a lot of nice products and lingerie for my girl. This is my new adult store go to.

I have been to this location while the Johnston store was shut down and it's so pretty. Staff was great, a lot of smoke items which I didn't know they carried and they had a good selection. When I'm in the area, I'll visit again!

Never coming back to this location again. The “manager” of this place has a serious attitude problem. Her body language was extremely unpleasant; she was shaking her head, making hand gestures, and slamming her hand on the keyboard. I was trying to get the Wednesday discount and I didn’t have my card (which never was an issue before). She made it seem like an inconvenience that she had to look up my account. Also, I felt uncomfortable shopping since she was staring the entire time. She refused to give me her name but the cashier number on the receipt is 1148. She should be FIRED if she treats her loyal customers this way.

The person working there did not give me and my partner any space to browse the merchandise and speak amongst ourselves privately. She was standing near us and was staring at us the whole time. The situation was very uncomfortable, and we felt rushed.

Terrible customer service. I came in looking for lingerie. The employees just sat behind the cash register in their phone the entire time. When I cashed out, one of the employees rudely asked me “Are you sure that fits you?” I will never come to this location again.

Horrible customer service. Terrible attitude and gave us no space. Hovered over me and my partner. The selection and prices aren’t the best. But the reason we will never go back is because of the employees. Find a different location.
