I don't know her name but she was amazing!! She fixed my phone that I thought was broke and did not pressure me at all to just buy another phone!! She took my phone and boom it is working again!! They are very nice to all customers!! I will definitely be staying with them!! THANK YOU!! AWESOME! AMAZING!

Stopped in because I broke my old Straight-talk phone......was in and out with a new phone and plan in about 10 minutes. I could not be happier ! I got a great deal on a better phone, and got a plan that better fits my travels. The young lady that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and sweet. I would recommend them to anyone not wanting to be tied to a contract.

I'm forced to give them 5 stars because they're one of the only cellphone dealers that don't use dummy phones for their phone displays. When you're looking to spend a grand on a phone it's nice to see what they can do and how the camera looks. The associates are very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. There was no pressure yet no end to their willingness to help and provide solid information with which to make an appropriate choice.

We got at the Meadville office and Cassandra was amazing, we had a terrible time with our previous phone carrier (straight talk )to get our service switched to cricket, Cassandra kept right on professionally and polite, we were at the office at least an hr after they closed simply working on getting phones switched, Straight Talk was a pain in the neck, and I am so grateful to finally be with cricket .. I will recommend cricket to my friends! No more straight talk for me! Plus cricket is much cheaper! It's a win win situation...

We recently switched to Cricket and bought new phones at the Meadville location. Everyone at this store, especially Deven and Patrick have been very helpful through the process. We have been experiencing some phone related problems, but they have been very nice and are continuing to be very helpful to get the problems resolved. Good job guys! Appreciate the good customer service.

My husband and I have been Cricket customers for a little while now, NEVER DISAPOINTED :).....Everyone is always super helpful. Recently, Deven helped us switch over to new phones, he did a fabulous job. Keep it up y'all !!!!

Polite, knowledgeable staff. Service is excellent on phones, rarely any issues. Affordable. Phones are pricey up front but if you take care of them they last awhile.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Was visiting from out of state and had an issue with setting up new phones. They had the problem solved in 10 minutes! They took the time to clean the phones and have a conversation with me. Couldn’t ask for better customer service! Thank you!

I didn't want to accuse anyone of stealing unless I was absolutely sure but I was panicking cuz my LIFE is on this phone.

I have had cricket wireless for a month so far and it has been a great experience. Our family plan is much more affordable and we can still use the AT&T network.
