The Factory Restaurant

We like to go to Saegertown for a day trip of fun along the creek. Finally decided to try the Factory Restaurant while there. It looks small from the outside - a big antique store is next door. But when you open that door you'll be surprised. Big space, tables are spaced widely apart from nearby rows. We liked what we got so much, my husband who doesn't like chicken at home, two both the grilled and the breaded version (with provolone and really good bacon) home with him. A week later, we brought a friend to try it out. Their potato salad was so good, we took some of that home too. It's yellow, but not mustardy, and not pickle-tasting, so we took some of that home too! I would love to get a breakfast, but won't get up that early to drive down there.

Great service waitress was very nice we had a drink spill and she offered a new table and mopped it up wasn't upset about it just laughing at it also we didn't realize when they closed so we were the last people to leave they never pressed us to get out. Good food steak burgers are great. They're cash or check only they do have an ATM but it was a nice step out of the chain restaurants

Always a great idea to stop in for breakfast. Affordable, great service and great portions.

Place was great, typical of a local diner. The service was great and the space was clean. It really felt like a factory inside! Cash payment only but there is an atm on premises.

Informal. Seating large area with wide space between seating. First time there. Food and coffee was excellent.
Come in and sit wherever you like as long as not a booth that needs cleaned. Quick to wait on us. Big drawback for some is cash only no cards. There is an ATM nearby.
Hubby was pleased enough has gone back twice since with other friends.

Excellent food - good value - friendly serve. My most highly recommended dishes in no particular order: 1. The mess plate , a cheese omelet loaded up with tater chunks, ham, onions, green peppers, and salsa, 2. The stuffed pepper soup (actually more of a stew), 3. The chicken breast sandwich, 4. Burgers, 5. Chili dogs.

went there for lunch the place was very busy. service was excellent and very quick. we didn't have to wait long for are good. we had chicken tenders and shrimp very good. would definitely go back

Greatest diner around with good food for cheap! I love their pancakes but be warned, they are huge! The size of a dinner plate huge!!
Just remember to bring cash as they do not accept credit cards. (They have an ATM on site)

Prices are super good! Haven't even gotten the food and I just love the things in the restaurant and the antiques lol I am taking a few home today!! Thanks for a great time for me and my daughter!

Pretty nice greasy spoon restaurant. Breakfast was filling and reasonably priced. Wait staff kept the coffee coming. Would eat there again
