Theo is the best, he helped me get a new phone, and a new service carrier. I would highly recommend him for all your needs. The metro in Trenton Ohio is the best store to go to. He setup my phone for me, transfered all my pictures and videos and apps over to the new phone. I was a cricket customer and now I am a metro customer. Have a wonderful day.

After having a terrible experience at another metro for the past few days, i ended up giving them one more chance and drove a little out of the way to this one. Theo helped me so much and provided amazing service. you can tell at this metro location customer service is very important.

As always, today, Theo~Metro PCS in Trenton, Ohio~PATIENTLY addressed and corrected my auto-pay concerns/issues with efficiency; also giving me time-framed, result oriented answers to the issues he was unable to resolve right away. He did all of this on a phone call! I was unable to visit the store today related to my physical conditions, and Theo's compassion and thorough understanding was shown in the time and effort put forth ensuring that I received the excellent customer care and service that has ALWAYS been given to me at this location!

I decided to switch from one major carrier to Metro by T-Mobile and chose this location due to the other positive reviews that I read online. I must say that the positive reviews were accurate and the customer service did not disappoint. The location is great, organized and clean. The customer service was thorough, kind, and helpful. In addition to purchasing my phone, I also purchased accessories at a great price. All my questions were answered and of my needs were met. Actually, I think Mr. Gammoh went over and beyond. Thank you for your assistance! Mr. Gammoh was excellent. If I never need assistance and or I am ready to add additional phones I will be returning to this location. If you are in the Cincinnati or neighboring area, I think it is worth the drive even if you are further away (like me). I was not sure about switching to Metro but I am so glad that I did. Not only am I saving money, I can visit this store and get ongoing support concerning my phone. -Christina

Loay the sales person over there is a very dedicated polit guy with great experience in all kinds of phones and solving any kind of problems that you may incounter. Add to that his since of hummer , he was very helpful in giving me advice on which phone i should buy

Loay is a rockstar. I came in to pick up a set of phones for my business and he truly helped me out. He was so detailed. There were no hidden fees. Everything was what I had hoped and more. He included free screen protectors with the cases and even gave me a discount on a speaker! I live an hour away but I will always consistently travel to Trenton to see Loay. He makes you feel important because when you walk in a store you are important. I love my service and my company could not be happier. Loay is the only metro anyone should go to. Mom needed a phone. A certain phone. (Screen size). We drove an hour to this location because they were the ones within an hour that had it.
When we got there it went quick and easy. He even gave her a free case and screen protection for our travels.
