This health food store is very popular in the area and has a wide variety of items. The staff is very helpful in trying to find the right product for you. They have everything from fresh vegetables and meats through all the supplements as well as canned goods and dry goods. There are soaps in shampoos and cleaners. There is even free information about a lot of the products in flyers. Even a small bookstore about health.

You can tell they put in the effort to bring you healthy products that they can find and they're growing all the time.

And yes they do take credit and debit cards now! It is with a fee though additional percentage.

DO NOT TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS of the Amish People in this store! ( Or, You will be asked to leave). Please BE RESPECTFUL, and remember that the Amish people are NOT actors and are NOT Tour Guides. Also, do NOT touch their Horses or Carriages( buggies). If these simple Rules are followed, you will have an enjoyable shopping experience!

Love shopping here! I do almost all my grocery and hygiene shopping here. One of my favorites for local, organic or all natural type shopping. I love finding new yummy and healthy snacks. Prices are comparable to other organic stores, paying in cash is preferred but not necessary. 100% worth a visit!!

This place has everything, and they just got credit card machines which makes shopping here even easier. I love thier selection of bulk organic herbs, very well prices.

Great store. Lots of natural items and local products. Happy it's there, we stop in every trip to Lancaster to grab some things.

I was expecting a tiny hole in the wall gem with a few natural food supplies. That is not what I found at all. This place is a hidden gem, but it is large and has about everything you could imagine natural wise. Supplements, creams, balms, etc. All in one place. There was a bunch of natural foods as well. Basically they had it all and so much more. This will be a place I put on my itinerary when visiting the area again. I highly recommend you go check it out.

The day I was there, they were doing a sale and it must have been well advertised because every parking space was full. And when a spot opened, someone was right there to fill it. 🙃

Millers is a really extensive Health Food Store out in the middle of a farm. They have lots of standard Health Produces and also have bulk grains. The honey is the lest expensive I have found. Love their Oats and other grains.

I love this place!!! I come to get my raw dairy products and fermented veggies! The people are really nice and I love I can just get this stuff in general. Will come here everytime I'm in the area guaranteed!

Amish owned health store. Lots of supplements. Beautiful organic produce, bulk items and Bob's Mills.

Great variety here. Feels good to support this business and most of the food brands that they carry. Impressive herbal section and bulk foods (already bagged usually in a variety of sizes). I didn't even notice the refrigerated section my first time here. Good selection of local dairy products there, as well as cultures for making cheese, yogurt, etc. For the folks who like it (like me) they carry fermented vegetable products, including local ones.

I drive an hour to shop here and have done so for a few years. Best produce, it actually has flavor! Bulk items of all sorts are ready to buy in all different sizes or you can ask an employee and they will happily get you a 25# bag. Bulk herbs, teas, spices, honey literally everything I need is here.

Best natural health food store. Any supplement you could want. Excellent organic selection fresh veggies, grains, nuts, dried fruits, grocery items, fresh eggs and breads, household cleaning, personal care, book selection ... no meats.

It is on an Amish lane so it doesn't look like you can drive in but go ahead, go slow

What an amazing collection of health foods, bulk food items and vitamins!! There is produce and cheeses in the cool-room, with a HUGE variety of grains and bulk nuts. Every I
Aisle is packed with a wide selection of supplements, vitamins, extracts and healthy alternative nutritional options. Prices are very reasonable. One caution: they only take cash or check, no credit cards.

This is a must stop for us when we visit Lancaster! Have to watch the prices; some are more expensive than other stores, but you can't beat the prices in the cold room on certain nuts, dried fruits and grains! Their organic buckwheat price is excellent as are their other grains prices. Most Amish grocery stores have a limited selection of dairy but this place has many kinds of cheeses, milks, organic cream, etc etc. The staff is very helpful and they know where everything is. We also purchase our Seven Stars yogurt there by the case; if you ask for it they will bring it from the back room. We have loved this place for years, just be sure to have cash on hand when you get there :)

A ton of organic and natural items can be found here, products that you never even heard of or thought existed. It's pretty spacious which is awesome if you bring a stroller or a wheelchair. Staff are always friendly and willing to help. One thing I would suggest is for the store to provide a class on how to cook and make meals with the organic products. They have some small signs here and there explaining how to cook certain items, but for someone who has no experience on handling organic products,I think it would be a great addition to the store to provide these types of classes or courses. Lastly, make sure you have cash, no debit/credit or checks are accepted. I highly recommend this place!

Moved here recently from Miami and once I visited this food store I no longer missed Whole Foods or Nutrition Smart. It's a small store but it is packed with high quality products for someone that eats organic, uses 'clean' products and takes vitamin supplements; amazing dry herbs selection also (from Mountain Rose). Fantastic!

This is an Amish owned and operated store with a large selection of health food items. The store is naturally lit inside using many skylights and during the evening hours, gas lamps are lit within and outside of the store. Very interesting store that is worth a visit.

Millers is a superb health food store. They actually have a cold room to keep their wide selection of nuts, dried fruits, dry legumes, flours and seeds as fresh as possible. Most of these items ate available in organically grown and standard form. The nuts are also available in raw, roasted or roasted and salted. Organic produce is available, along with a number of cereal items and granola that is made on site from quality ingredients. They have a great selection of dried herbs, vitamins, tinctures, homeopathics, and manufactured food items from the major health food brands. Be sure to check out the huge community message board. If you're going for the first time, prepare for a fun experience!
