I order coffee from this Starbucks everyday. I have seen the staff get through some pretty crazy rushes! Even under pressure and stress, my coffee is always a 10/10! As well is the service! Coffee is just the thing I need to get my day started and I can always tell that it’s made with love <33!

Love this SB, one closer to me but will drive extra to come here. They make my drink the way it should be and always make me feel like I'm the only one they are helping.

The professional baristas here do an excellent job. They are polite and know their standard menu well yet are flexible enough to prepare those one-in-a-kind drinks which are now so easy to order using the app! My wife and I enjoy our modified Green Tea lattes (hot or cold) and Flat Whites!

I've never had a bad interaction. I go on my 30 min lunch brake in the middle of the day from the dispensary down the way and they always have me out and back in time to clock back in. I really dig the Carmel crunch jawn

Very friendly staff, quick in and out. Had the “Been There” coffee mug I was looking for.

this is a great location when visiting the outlets in Lancaster, they even treated our new puppy Bella with her first pupachino

The people at this location make the best drinks around! I got the Kiwi star fruit refresher with lemonade and it was so incredibly delicious. I have gone to other locations for different drinks and it just never is the same. I would always recommend this location and I wish their parking lot was bigger just because they deserve the attention. They’re always very kind and they make sure to move people through quickly without feeling rushed. 100% the best people around! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Ordered there today and it was a large order during probably the busiest hour. I needed to provide this location 5/5 immediately for the dedication and commitment to completing my order. The barista was nice and even though there was a drink spill, she was nice and had a positive attitude in replacing the spilled drink. Thanks again and I’ll be back!

Went here a few weeks ago to spend an afternoon doing work, and it has to be my favourite Starbucks in this state! The employees were so incredibly kind and genuine, the cafe was clean and super cute, and the atmosphere just felt good. This is all the more impressive knowing that they're a drive-thru store (which are way busier and crazier than cafe stores) AND they're right by the outlets (busy busy I can imagine)! 10/10 would recommend.

I was in there 2 nights ago about an hour before they close to charge my battery and use my laptop. I wasn't having the greatest day. The young lady who worked there was cleaning the tables so the chairs were on the tables. She helped me find a table with a charging outlet and set up the chairs for me. She even offered me a glass of water which was very nice of her. The feeling of being able to go somewhere, not feel pressured to buy something, and being able to charge your equipment/use your laptop in peace with a good vibe and no worry about being judged is a great feeling. Felt more like a home than a business!

So the parking lot is a mess! Trying to do drive thru you almost get hit 5 times from the lack of room. But I still give 5 stars because they always get the drinks right. And this last time I just went the girl at the window, I believe her name was Steph, I think she had red hair. She was so incredibly nice!! While doing the whole awkward wait at the window for our last drink she asked me about my new years and was so friendly. My husband asked if we knew each other after we pulled away because she was just so outgoing and kind. That kind of customer service is what would make me go back to that one over any other.

I went here after a red eye flight and don’t remember it, save for the fact that google said I was there. I’m still alive so it must have been good.

would like to give a huge shoutout to the Starbucks employees at the lancaster location next to the outkets. All of their employees are super friendly, efficient and always remember my drink combo. Me and my husband have been going to that Starbucks for six years now and we love our Baristas. Most days, there is only one Barista tending to the store but they are always efficient and seem to do an amazing job single handedly. I would like to give a special shoutout to M, she always greets me with a smile and a funny story, which makes my day amazing. Thank you M for always being my ray of sunshine first thing in the morning.

Consistent positive experiences! Rachel and the other Baristas on staff here are wonderful at what they do. Typically I order the same iced coffee, but on days I was feeling more adventurous, they've been able to recommend other delicious drink alternatives. Usually I pass another Starbucks closer to home, just to make this Lincoln Highway location on my way!

I decided to try the new pink drink this morning, & my morning didn't start off exactly how I wanted it to before coming here. I get to the drive through & I believe his name was Jared- but he was just so kind & so awake for a rainy morning like today! Seeing him happy & smiling at the window just made me think to myself "ya know what, today IS a good day!" So Thank You!

Mobile order ready quickly. Weird i had to wait in line to pick up order rather then pick up at pick up window. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly

Very busy, long wait. Specifically drink was made perfectly, clean store, not stocked well. Not enough employees for the amount of orders. Mobile orders do not help this location. It slows them down enormously. People walking out.

service was upbeat and polite, refreshing. Drinks were all correct. Food was hot and well prepared.

This Starbucks is my favorite! They always make my order exactly how I like it! The entire staff is friendly and must all share the same work ethic and attitude because anytime I go they are consistent. A+ 👏🏻🧋🙌🏻
