What a great costumer service. My son left his soccer cleats on a location very close to the store, Kathy received them and called me immediately to ship them. My son is so happy that he got them back. Many many thanks!!?

This UPS Store is always so helpful when shipping out Amazon's returns as well as any other ups return. They are friendly and always go the extra mile to help you out. Great place.

I arrived at the store at 2:30 and realized that it was closing time. I asked the young man who was working where the closest UPS store was and he offered to go ahead and do my returns of 8 or so packages. I accidentally left one and he ran out to my car to give it to me. I really appreciated his kindness in staying open for another 10 minutes to help me and going the extra mile.

Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable, hardworking, unique ability to solve problems. Head and shoulders above competitors.

Everyone here, every single time, is friendly, efficient, and takes care of all my shipping/returns/packaging supplies, etc needs. If an issue arises they explain exactly what to do to rectify it. I love this place and am glad it's so close to where I live- but I'd drive past other places to use this store! Thank you all for all your hard work

I use this specific UPS store several times per month and will always continue to do so. The staff is always super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The range of services and pricing can't be beat either.

I really like this USP Store. I order a lot of stuff on Amazon and always choose to return items by UPS drop-off. They are always quick to process all my boxes and deliver everything to me on time. The service is great and they are very knowledgable.

I had to ship an item back where the receiver had pre-paid shipping. As I was carrying in the very heavy two boxes with their new labels, I realized I hadn't removed or covered up the old ones. At my old UPS store, I was sent back home to fix such a problem. Here, I was told - no problem! We can fix that for you! And they not only covered up the old barcodes and happily fixed my oversight, they even thanked me for coming in. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.

Fantastic customer service! They printed our employee handbook and we messed up a page. They printed the extra page for us and went above and beyond! They did an amazing job with the book overall! Always friendly and kind since the short chubby guy no longer works there, he was always grumpy!

Just flew in from Charleston, SC and ran into an unforeseen circumstance that required me to overnight some items back to SC. Mr. Scott and Kathy were so kind and helpful. They called local stores to make sure every option was available to me with my situation. There was no doubt that they genuinely cared about helping me. They knew their stuff and were very proficient! Thank you guys!

I had a last minute Saturday print need and Kathy was excellent. She printed off my flyers and took the time to make sure they looked correct on the page before printing them all. She did all this right before closing time! I noticed they fingerprint for clearances now and Kathy is a notary! I will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Amazing folks (Kathy & Matt) graciously accepted the challenge of building a custom box to send two draft horse work harnesses to Ramona, CA! Took about an hour, boxes ended up being 43”x 26”x 11” tall.
