McDonald's

Pulled in for a quick lunch after doing some shopping in Palmyra. Dining area was clean, ordered food was around lunch and it came quickly. I believe it was the manager that brought it over to our table she was very friendly and nice, asked us if we needed anything else. The other staff walking around, taking food out the cars and cleaning up seemed capable and attentive. As far as fast food establishments go this had a more restaurant feel to it while we were there. We appreciated the service and the food was good. It was also a two-for-one deal when ordering from the kiosks which was a pleasant surprise.

I haven't been inside a McDonald's in years. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this one was and how friendly the staff was. The tables could have been attended to better ( as far as cleaning goes) but the trash wasn't overflowing as I've seen in other fast food places recently. The trash disposal/tray return was clean and neat. Overall I woukd recommend and return in the future.

Food was hot I got McChicken an double cheeseburger , soda with extra ice. My order was correct an hot. First time at this McDonald's wish more of the McDonald's were like this one. I'll be stopping here again.

Always a long wait going through the drive-thru, some drivers are rude.
But, food is always good & workers always friendly!

The new design allows drive- thru service a lot faster than in the past. This location gets 5 stars because if they make a mistake they fix it immediately, no questions asked. There was no delay in gettibg the manager, and she was absolutely pleasant about the whole thing. Drive the extra few miles and visit this location instead of any other nearby if you must have McDonald's and denabd good service. Highly recommend. .

Something very wonderful

I hadn't been to a McDonald's in a little while because I was having so many bad experiences lately. This particular McDonald's was located in the same parking lot as the store I was shopping at and I hadn't eaten anything all day so I needed something now. This was the best experience I think I've ever had at a McDonald's. First, the cashier was a young lady that knew the register and was quick. She also had a very pleasant attitude. I ordered a fish filet meal without lettuce and tartar sauce. She rang it up properly and it came out properly. The sandwich was so good and surprisingly fresh. The roll tasted like it just came out of the oven. The sweet tea was so good too. Perfect actually. And the fries. Oh the fries. They were hot!!! I haven't had HOT McDonald's fries in so long even when asking for them. They were made in good oil and were not over done like fries I had in the past. After finishing my meal I went back to the same cashier to order a McFlurry. Now I like mine a particular way and I know it is a pain to make but the end result is amazing. I have to pay extra for it which is fine because it is totally worth it. Well, they made it right the first time!!! I couldn't believe it!! I told a manager how exceptional everything was too. It's not often you get a meal this good at a McDonald's, well, for anywhere actually. I will definitely drive a little out of my way to visit this McDonald's in the future. Hopefully they maintain the same quality. Thank you for the excellent food and service!!

Do any of you reviewing this place on here know that they don't read these? Not the owners, not managers. Maybe a few crew here and there might check it, but the only way to let them know about something is to call or fill out the survey at the top of the receipts. They don't exactly care about a google review, but those survey reviews go to the store/General managers, supervisors, district managers, owner/operators & corporate.
Otherwise, you're just wasting yourself on writing reviews that aren't going to be seen by anyone who can do anything to actually fix whatever issues people are having.

Stopped at drive-up for the usual mcdouble .

Never disappointed. Always know what quality sandwich to expect and everything is uniform.

Whoever the tall guy with the tats was, he was very nice, well spoken and worked hard. It looked like there was only two of them there tonight. God bless y'all. Night shift is always extremely short staffed, but they still some how make it happen.

This is better than the Hershey McDonald's. Food was fresh and hot. they practiced pandemic safety with gloves, masks and had people swipe their own debit cards. Very impressed with the young people that work there.

The drive thur staff was very polite and helpful! It was no time at all and I was through the line. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

Today's service was extremely better than usual. Workers seemed to complete their tasks in a very timely manner when I got an eat in meal and then got a take out to deliver to someone else.

Excellent!!! I went through the drive thru, after work, after 11 pm,and got excellent service!! The double cheeseburger, and medium sweet tea were delicious as always!!!! Fast,friendly service, also!!! I LOVE the Palmyra Mickey D's!!! 💕👅💕

This is seriously the best McDonald's I've ever had food at. I moved in the area a few month's back and whoever is managing this operation is doing a great job. I can not get the same quality of food from other McDonald's.

Mcdonalds is a great place to eat alone, with a family, or during your lunch break. Mcdonalds has a great variety of items and the food is always great. Especially the fries, being the best fries in my opinion. If you have not tried Mcdonalds, you should because you do not know what you are missing.
