Jersey Mike's Subs

I went to place a order in advance so I could not only save money, but save some time on my lunch hour. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use the coupon I had - I had wrote in a request under comments in my order to let them know that I had a coupon to use. Jordan with Jersey Mikes at Kirkwood called me to let me know that they could not process coupons since my order was placed already, however, comped me a sandwich for the coupon I had used and provided it to them at time of pick up.
Jordan easily could have said no or simply could not have called back, or either of the two. It was that small effort in Customer Service by making that phone call letting me know about the coupon that went a long way.
Kirkwood Jersey Mikes has gained another loyal customer!

I went in tonight, late, to pick up an online order for myself and my pregnant wife. Their systems were down so my order had not come through and it was within 30 minutes of closing time. Not only did the crew working not make me feel bad for coming in near closing, they were overly nice in the face of having to make some sandwiches near closing time. Since I was the only one in the store, they engaged with me and we had a fun conversation while I waited for the sandwiches to be made.

In a time where we are constantly being told good employees are hard to come by, the team working this evening was sincerely, accommodating and polite… overall truly incredible will be coming back again and again.

My pregnant wife more than enjoyed the brownie as well!

I went to Jersey Mike's on 12/09/2023. The crew that was working that afternoon was rocking it. The store was very busy. They did have a couple crabby customers and customers was a little crabby about gluten free and worker stayed patient with this customer. I want to get her two thumbs up. That group works well together as team to get the rush down. Will be back to Jersey Mike's.

I am super impressed! I ordered 10 box lunches the evening before, and when I picked them up, everything was ready and everyone was polite and I didn’t have to wait. One of the employees brought the box of lunches around the corner and insisted on carrying them out to my car, even though they were super busy. She thanked me for my service and was very professional and very nice. Doing three lunches a week, I have not gotten that from other places I’ve ordered from. Some don’t even say thank you. I will definitely continue Ordering From us in this location! Thank you.

I have been visiting this Jersey Mikes location since they opened. They have always provided great food and service. Its the best deli sandwich in the area.

Finally open! They have great (but rather expensive) subs and cheesesteaks with high quality fresh cut ingredients, sliced or cooked in front of you. It's not a $5 footlong, but its a lot higher quality. Staff was friendly and professional. Long line and full parking lot, but moved everyone through efficiently. I did end up with someone else's order, but it looked good so I decided not to worry about it and just ate what I got - and it was good! Note that they are next to Massage Lux in a parking lot that does not connect to the other parking lots in that shopping area, so you'll have to make a turn onto or from Lindbergh without a light.

First time here, very clean and good sandwich smells amazing inside. They cook everything fresh in front of you. Two younger guys working great customer service, went above and beyond.

Everything at the Kirkwood Jersey Mike's was top-notch! Every business should have an employee like Alisia...she was so friendly and worked efficiently! She, along with all of the other employees, worked quickly to get the orders out. (9/12/23 1:45 pm)

They recently opened up this location Food was great. The young woman running the place at the time i was there was amazing. She was patiently training a new staff while making my food. For what it's worth, A+ I will return

This place really shines lately! The newest employee has given us great smiles and oomph in her personality!

I was pleasantly greeted by Lisa. She was very knowledgeable about the locations and meal selection.
