CVS

Having worked in Retail over 50 years I know how customers are always anxious to complain and rarely if ever comment on the good. Two years ago when I moved to this area I would agree customer service was not good. On my last several visits over several months it has been fine. Give them a break, it's not easy dealing with the public and try once in a while to say thank you!

I don’t use this pharmacy but I get my photos here. I have to say the young man up front Dylan gave me great customer service. He was very friendly and signed me up for the rewards program!

Pharmacist stayed after hours to fill my prescription and made sure I understood the directions on taking it. Always a good experience at CVS.

I have lived in the area for 4 years and never been inside this CVS. I use the drive thru for my Rx's. The issue I have is they never follow the instructions on the Rx. They give me what they want then I have to call my doctor to get it fixed.

I never really had a positive experience with the pharmacy. There is an older lady with brown hair who I’ve made a compliant about before because she is rude and disrespectful when I was just trying to find out if they had my prescription for my son. There is a young lady there as well who was amazing and even apologized for her co worker which she didn’t have to do but realized the wrong doing of her co worker. I tried to call the store and the supervisor on was no help, she told me there was nothing she could do before I even told her why I was calling, she was rude and didn’t even say her name or title when she answered the phone so I’m not even sure if I talked to an official manager. This CVS sucks and I will be changing locations.
