I love this store but lately they've been charging cards twice on every purchase. Yes my bank reversed it and my credit card automatically reverses but they should fix this. But the staff is amazing I love their bakery and Seafood department. Also a few unique items you can't find elsewhere. Price can be a bit high but I don't mind too much the store is cleaned and always organized. They don't have a huge hot food selection but the food is still amazing.

Nice helpful people. Great selection of all needed grocery items you would expect. I like how they place my special order soda whenever I ask. Very nice place. I drive over 40 minutes to come here 1x a month just because they help me order my special item. Thank you.

Given my preference for organic dairy and vegetables, I find the variety and quality of brands solid. I have been especially impressed with the “self-checkout” staff. To a person they are always friendly, helpful, considerate, patient. Thank you!

Kind employees and the store was organized and clean! Had everything we needed. If you're in the area and need groceries, go here. It's a lot better than Walmart and easier to get though than WM.

I like Price Chopper. They're competitively priced, with a few hidden gems here and there. I go to a few locations depending on where I am. Pics is quality store brand, and I use a lot of their line for cooking. Their canned tomatoes are actually better than many name brands, including Furmano's and Tuttorosso. If you have one in your area, consider giving them a shot.

Clean, bright and organized. Aways a call staff. Bakery, Deli, Pharmacy and so much more. My favorite place most food and Essentials.

Still a very nice, clean, well stocked store with easy checkout. There is a big deli here along with fresh pizza that you can take out whole, or have a slice. You can buy fresh cheese pizza, or pepperoni, or sausage, or veggie pies. Have lunch or dinner here and it's not expensive. Fresh, big bagel and muffin store! You'll like coming to this store. Friendly, helpful employees! Better, nicer than the big box store up the road.

Love the facelift. The selection seems way more diverse too. Lots off high quality items.

Today, April 19, 2023, I had the pleasure of shopping at the Matamoras store.
I must say, it was an extremely delightful shopping experience. The parking lot was getting fresh blacktop, and the outside of the building has undergone a facelift. The interior of the store is bright, clean, well organized, and well stocked. I was extremely impressed.
It so happened that I visited several departments and had individual exchanges with several employees. First, there was Betty from the bakery. I inquired about sugar free cupcakes and she told me the bakery does not bake sugarfree cupcakes. However, Betty took me to the baking isle to show me sugar free mixes and sugar substitutes in case I'd like to bake something myself. Then, the cookie isle where there were Voortman, sugar free cookies. After that, she showed me the low carb/lower sugar frozen desserts and Keto frozen desserts. Betty is kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable... she's an exemplory employee. I inquired at the meat dept. whether they had a small package of cubed steaks as I didn't see any cubed steaks in the meat display. Zack took the time to tell me he would, under normal circumstance, make me a package, but the machine was not currently working. He also gave me his apologies for not being able to fulfill my request. He was very pleasant. Sebastian from produce was very polite and helpful. Without my asking, he took me right to the item I was looking for. As we conversed, it was evident he takes pride in giving good customer service with a caring, upbeat attitude.
I had a 5 STAR shopping experience today, and Betty, Sebastian, and Zack are 3 of the reasons.

Good pricing considering how bad the economy is these days! Also very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Let me be clear.... This store has the best bagels around this area and that includes bagel stores!!!!

I'm so sorry....I left a review for another business regarding bagel quality but it was attached to this one. Please accept my apology and tell your staff how amazing they are. I've deleted everything regarding the other business.

Update 2023. The make over of the store is fire, even more varieties of products to find and new ones to learn about. Staff is still extremely helpful and friendly.

They always have what I need. Most of the time friendly courteous service however my last visit cashier rolled her eyes as I approached her empty line and never acknowledge me during checkout.

Love stopping here while on my way home to PA from my office in Orange County. Convenient location, always has what we need. Butcher is always excellent and accommodating to our special requests. Try the pre-made meatballs they’re actually really good for a quick way to get your Sunday sauce put together 😍

The day before Mother's Day I went with may daughter to pick up roast beef. Non of the stores near me had any in fact they had very little of anything in the store. I was so astonished of how the employees cared for the customers. I went to the self check out and after every activity a associate wiped down the area. This is the first time I had ever seen it done. I really feel safe shopping at this store.. From now on I am going to bring my wipes and wipe every self service area I use. Thank you for caring.

Always a clean and well kept store with a great layout. Things that go together are usually in the same isle which is great. Always a large selection of meats to choose from and a great fresh flowers selection.

Nice store. Clean and great selection. We usually go late at night and staff are super friendly and helpful. The new remodel made it even nicer now!

I would like to thank you all for all your safety precaution you have all taken unlike most stores in this area. I was so impressed today when I stopped in just to find chicken. They have taped areas and disinfecting after each client. They just need to put shield barriers to protect themselves.. let’s not wait take all precautions now for you and your employees on the front line . Excellent market! They have a great bakery, awesome fish market, fantastic butcher shop, they're produce is local when possible. But always terrific. They have every cheese you could ever think of and even small appliances. The homemade bread is to die for. The desserts are magnificent. They have organic vegetables and gluten free everything. If you want it or need it, I'm sure they carry it. I don't think you'll be disappointed either.

Choice Ribeyes steaks so tender and flavorful! Great variety in the meat Dept. Not so happy with the dairy Dept limited selection on yogurts and cheeses. Not many items on sale thier. Need more registers open not enough employees visible needed help with an item and couldn't find anyone to assist me overall a very pleasant shopping experience . Plenty of parking too.
