The store manager is very knowledgeable on his products! I went into the store with a complex question and he was able to answer it with ease! If you are looking for a At&t in the area. This is the location to choose! All reps were friendly and helpful! I will recommend all of my friends!

I had a great experience at the local AT&T store. I needed a new iPhone, Zakiya was extremely helpful during the purchase process. She answered all of my questions and informed me of the accessories bundle promo, which I took advantage of. Friendly and polite staff.

Coming in the store, I was so distraught with customer service - had been on phone 4 hrs over 2 days- with no resolution.
Asa helped me with all problems. He is truly exceptional. He helped me get a new data plan at a better price . He was extremely knowledgeable about the phone and the plans, very friendly and patient with everyone.

Honestly some of the most well versed yet incredibly relaxed customer service my father and I have ever received. Jessica was incredibly professional while maintaining a light hearted and enjoyable experience all the way through! I’ve always appreciated AT&T’s standard of excellence in regards to their customer service, but the staff at this location really is a shining example!

I appreciated the great customer service I received from Jaquayah st the Lindbergh store. I went in to pay off the balance of my phone and she took care of it efficiently and with great care. I would recommend anyone that lives in the Buckhead area to use this store and avoid the Lenox road location. I had terrible customer service at the Lenox store. The manager was indifferent to my problem and put me off for months promising to take care of it. She never did. It was a pleasant change to be treated with respect and consideration at the Lindbergh location.

My husband and I went to our AT&T store to buy a new IPad. We ended up buying 2 !! One will be sent to me, but one was in stock. Our sales person was Divante and he was excellent.
Divante not only set up our IPad, but he suggested ways to lower our current AT&T bill without sacrificing anything.
Allan, Assistant Mgr of the store came to help and he finished with the set-up.
Both Divante and Allan are so knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We would recommend going to the AT&T store on Sidney Marcus for anything you need.

I walked in 30 minutes before ‘closing time’ on a Sunday evening and had a very pleasant experience. Jessica and Adam went above and beyond to take care of my family and I. I highly recommend this AT&T store especially Jessica and Adam.

Unbelievable patience and resolute by Tray. We came to activate a phone after transferring the lines from Tmobile. We ran into several issues from the start, where deals we had been promised when purchasing the phone at another store were not registered. Tray ensured the right people were contacted and the promise would be honored. He prevented us from switching back to our old carrier out of frustration. Give that man a raise!

Came into to ask a couple of questions about a new plan and from the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. They helped answer my questions and even helped get my plan down cheaper. I can't wait to come back to upgrade my phone next month!

Mr. Tray provided EXCELLENT service during my visit to this location to upgrade my cellular device. Tray was patient as well as thorough while explaining all of my potential options that could be apart of my upgrade decision making process. He made the process very simple and made me feel confident that I made the best decision for my needs. Also took the extra steps to call the technical support line instead of sending me on my way to figure it out myself. The store itself also provided a comfortable environment for my shopping experience.
