AT&T Store

Peter was the first person to listen to what I had to say and actually help. He worked efficiently and helped me pay off my debt and get a new phone. Definitely changed my perspective of my place after prior experiences.

Kyle was excellent! We went in for a new phone and he had us set up with data transferred within 1/2 hour. And we got a great promo on the phone. Thanks Kyle you are an asset to the company!

Wesley could not have been any nicer, and handled my transaction very professionally.
He is also a very nice person to deal with.
He answered all my questions and spent the time I needed to get exactly what I needed.

The store associates are wonderful and made the process of replacing my phone quick and seamless. They even put on a show for my children to watch while we were in the store. I would recommend this store and commend Benjamin and the store supervisor for the attentive service!

I walked in and all the men working there were friendly and courteous..from hello, to welcome to our store. up to the Desk. explained what I needed..my salesman was great about telling me about nursing discount! and set up auto withdraw,gave me a new number. I was outta there in under 15 min. I actually never waited for a sec..look for my salesman!!! he was awesome.

Matt was an excellent salesman. He knows his stuff. He went out of his way to offer me the best deal. He was patient and helpful, and I highly recommend him! Cody was really nice too, although we didn't actually work together :-)

My sales rep Wes was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to secure us a better package with more perks and two new phones for less than what I was paying when I walked into the store. He was polite and personable and thorough to boot. Will gladly seek his assistance the next time I need to update my phones or service.

Matt, greeted us when we walked in, and took his time with my husband and I, to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. Very personable and easy to work with. We bought two 12 G phones.
We went to the ATT store at Home Depot Drive first. Waited ten minutes no one said hello, looked around and left. I could not tell if anyone was even working there. That was the opposite of our experience with Matt.

My phone is a central element of my business, using it for customer contact, social media advertising, and networking with other local small businesses. As typical, my former phone needed replacement at a very bad time and I needed immediate replacement. Matt and his associate were professional, helpful, and quick to get me out the door and back on track. This will be my new go-to AT&T store from here on in!

I recommend this store for all at&t customers. Matt was the best employee I have ever worked with in an at&t store and him and his employees delivered the perfect customer service experience. He was able to fix all my problems and make my time in the store enjoyable. 100% recommend this store

Had a great experience at this store. My old phone needed to be replaced, so I stopped by and was able to not only save money on my plan, but got the phone I wanted. Very fast and easy process.
