Walgreens Pharmacy

Most always receive excellent customer service, sometimes the pharmacy has waits due to high volume of customers. Photo lab is wonderful, I order lots of prints from my phone when there are specials going on.

Great staff in this store. Everyone is there with a friendly face ready to help out. Keep up the great work y’all do. Thanks!

This was the first time that I have ever used Walgreens Pharmacy and it will be the last. I called ahead and was told that my prescription would be ready at 6:00 pm. I arrive at the store at 6:30 and thru said it was not ready yet. The man at the counter says there is no way anyone from this store could have given me that pick up information and so I pulled my phone out to show him that in fact yes someone had and he went to the back for 10 minutes, comes back and says it'll be ready in another 15-20 minutes. Never ever will I ever choose this Walgreens Pharmacy to handle my prescription needs

They were a good pharmacy, but DO NOT use them. The worst. They tell you that your prescription is ready and it is not. You also have several days before it will be ready. This is the worst!!! What they are doing is having a third party fill the prescription. MAKING A CHANGE!!!

This location could do better in their customer service and time management category. If you call the phone system tells you a different time than the pharmacy tech when you arrive.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The people who work here do not care about you and do not want to help you. They switched the day I would be able to get my prescription 3 times. You sit on hold with them on the phone for 30 minutes just to be told you cant get your prescription. Dont even try to go in the the pharmacy cause you'll wait longer in line than you do the phone. These people are a joke and terrible at their jobs. Do better yall.

How this place has a 4 star average is mind blowing! I’ve never seen so many slow people in one place. I think that it’s a job requirement. I should add that the front cashiers are always very friendly but the pharmacy needs serious help and/or training as does the management

Gave them a Good arc card and they charged me $83 but it says online with coupon was $19

They didn’t even gave me a scoop for my other liquid medicine. I do not recommend this pharmacy

They sold me stuff that experienced 4-5 months before I bought it

What the heck one has to wait about 20 minutes just to pick up a prescription at the drive thru after being told I’d be ready in an hour, SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE!

Phones haven’t worked in a week and my meds are stuck there!
