Kroger

I have been to many Kroger stores in the Toledo area. I have no idea what is going on at this store but it is hands down one of the cleanest Kroger stores I have ever seen. If you wanted a picture for a perfect store, it would be this one. Whoever is in charge over there, I wish they worked at my local store. Keep up the great work.

I went in to Kroger to grab some fresh produce and somehow ended up in the liquor store buying Tequila (lol). Anyway when I attempted to walk in I was greeted by a lady that was clearly under the influence yelling and screaming because the clerk wouldn’t allow her to buy more alcohol, and another female trying to get her out of the store. I was so thankful for Starr (the brave clerk) she refused to serve her. For one the lady was clearly already past her limit, and for two, there’s no telling of how much damage could have been caused had that lady had more alcohol. In this crazy world it’s refreshing to see someone who still has a conscience and who still cares about the next person. I’m sure, come tomorrow that lady will be thankful that she was refused service. **Not to mention Lord knows my Mercedes can’t take another drunk driver💀**

Had to make a shout out to the courtesy clerk named Kylee. She went above and beyond to try to find the one item I came to get that I had a hard time, finding she knew exactly where this item was and found the last package. She totally made my day. thanks Kylee I try to notify a manager, how you went above and beyond for me, but there wasn’t one immediately to be found I did tell the clerk at the service counter that you did a superb job. Keep up the good work. Hopefully you make somebody else’s day just like you made mine.

Great prices. We are there more often now that you have "baby carts". My 3 yr old loves to grocery shop now.

Ignore those reviewers who rate it 1-star simply because it's not 24-hour. This location was open late on a Federal holiday! I dislike shopping at the "bigger" 24h stores because the workers make next to nothing. Gotta look at the bigger picture. I've always had great service from this location - my cleaning supplies go in a separate bag, etc. I was even thanked when I brought a cart in to use, instead of grabbing one inside.

I love the fresh produce, the great customer service and the convience of a a.t.m.all at the same place.

I was able to have a motorized chair availed to me, which I need, I was able to find everything I needed, some with the help of other shoppers. Staff was courteous and helpful when I was checking out and answered my questions regarding "Click it" and it not being available at my store.

I love shopping at Krogers. When i need information the employee's are very knowledgeable and very polite . I think some of your items are a little pricey but the other discounts that the store offers are nice. It has a pleasant atmospere and it looks very clean.

I can find just about anything in this store. I like that they have such a large selection of wire and beer. I like that the store is kept clean and well organized. Everyone that worked there was friendly and the prices are fair.

This is probably one of the greatest Krogers in the greater Toledo area. Forget I said that I don't want a whole bunch more people shopping here. Everyone is real nice except for the people in the parking lot. You need to watch out for the way they drive, some of these people are lunatics.

Thank you Kroger employees! I went to Wal-Mart first and they were ill prepared. Then I stopped at your Kroger and the people on the floor are in a hurry to restock and doing a wonderful job! I will stop here first from now on!

A good family store. Always clean and well stock. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Nothing but good things to say about this location.

Favorite aspect: The workers are extremely helpful and go beyond the call of duty to ensure their customers are satisfied. Other than the customer service, I am extremely grateful this Kroger has an organic section. It makes it really easy to shop for the specific items I need, especially since I'm lactose intolerant and react badly to non-organic fruits. This Kroger also has a selection of cooking utensils and stove ware, and house supplies. So I don't have to go to another store for things like pizza cutters and tape.
The only complaint I have concerns their parking lot. It is very poorly laid out and difficult to manoeuvre, and I recommend parking on the outside edges simply to avoid the main traffic when entering and exiting the store.

With two locations in the area shopping is very convenient. They have they best international foods, Asian foods, and Domestic food & drinks available. Friendly service with a neighborhood feeling from the time you enter through the doors.

I can't speak for all krogers. There are 2800 of them. I've been to about 20. Kroger never lets me down. This toledo location is outstanding. Very friendly helpful employees and great deals.
