Had the most romantic getaway with my hubby! Everything was so clean, service was PHENOMENAL! Even when calling the front desk at 1:30 in the morning to warm up our dinner left overs! They were there within 5 minutes and had it back in the same amount of time! We will definitely be going back when we need another reset!!

My husband and I enjoy are stay here . We felt very relax and it was nice to step away from reality for a little bit. We love doing the scavenger hunt and walk down each mail box and do the activity. The staff was wonderful I want to give a shout out to Michael and Melissa ( with the beautiful necklace ). Thank you for the best 4year anniversary trip ever.

My boyfriend and I stayed in their Grand Royal Suite. We loved it! The Whirlpool tub and pool were our favorite things about the room. In the morning, all we had to do was dial zero and breakfast was delivered by the lovely staff right to our suite. We will definitely be back.

It was phenomenal. We would totally recommend. They exceeded our expectations. Michael and Melissa were great. To anyone debating going there, you have nothing to lose and you will not regret it. It is great for couples that are struggling to reconnect and put in a spark in the relationship. It is worth every penny.

Can't recommend this place enough. Beautiful, romantic get-away with top-notch service. You forget about the outside world and can relax in luxury. Ask about the scavenger hunt. It was so cute to walk around the lake in the snowy sunshine.

Booked the grand royal suite for me and fiancee for our anniversary. The entire experience was amazing and the room was incredible. The check in was easy , the front desk/concierge service was awesome we never had to leave our room once we got there. The pizza we ordered was great. The room was decorated beautifully and the staff made sure everything was correct. My fiancee absolutely loved the surpise decorations, roses, and love locks. We spent hours in the pool and jacuzzi . We also used the giant shower and sauna as well. The bed was extremely comfortable . There isn't one thing we would change . These 1 star reviews are for people that can't read a cancelation policy or plan correctly. We will be going back every year. Truly a romantic getaway unlike any other.

What an amazing place for a romantic getaway. The staff goes above and beyond and the rooms are just incredible. I can't wait til we go again and get the pool suite. Do yourself a favor and go check this place out.

My husband and I came here this past weekend to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. It was our first time and everything definitely exceeded our expectations!! The room was so nice&clean, everyone was very nice! The love trail&scavenger hunt was so much fun&cute! We put our love lock on the bridge as well. We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I have been on many different romantic getaways over the years, but this one was the BEST by far. The suites were immaculate, the room service was the best I’ve ever had and the staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and fast.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Grand Royal suite. I absolutely loved having a private pool. The bed was very comfortable. The service was also really great. It was awesome to be able to call any time to request what we needed or ordered snacks, cookies, etc. The location is a little strange - in the back of an industrial park. But they have the property landscaped and decorated very nicely. It is weird that there are no windows in the suites, but I do generally understand that this is to ensure privacy. Another minor downside is that the chemicals in the pool are VERY strong and irritated our skin a lot. Overall, great experience and would definitely return.

Our second stay here. First 10 years ago. Birthday and Christmas presents to ourselves. Early check in. Amazing Grand Royal Suite. So relaxing. Even in an urban setting, large pond and landscaping nice...for the little time we spent outside. Customer service amazing and friendly. Brought us 2 carafes of coffee at no extra charge upon our request. Offered bottles of water at check out for the drive home. A 21 hour treat for sure and we wished we could bring that pool home with us!

My husband and I had a great time here. Don’t think about just do it. We got the Grand Royal Suite and loved it! I have zero complaints. We will be back at least a few times a year. I would suggest getting the Grand Royal Suite, you won’t be disappointed! Staff was friendly and don’t forget to leave a tip in the room!

We have stayed here 4 times now in many different room levels and it has been an incredible experience every single time. Some rooms are more updated than others but it's always clean and the service is impeccable!! The pool rooms are just something you don't find in other hotels. We celebrated our 6 year anniversary, this is our favorite little one tank trip.

Everyone who works there is over-the-top friendly and courteous. We rented a Jacuzzi Tub Room as all the Swimming Pool Rooms were booked solid. Room is nicely constructed and all rooms seem to have a connected 1 car garage with remote attached to room key. Beds are pretty high as my short wife needed help jumping up but a very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Breakfast consisted of 2 cinnamon rolls & 2 large blueberry muffins plus 2 orange juice inside a basket that's delivered to you by staff. My only knock is it's nestled inside an industrial park so be prepared to dodge 18 wheelers while driving and the occasional noise of a truck being loaded or unloaded depending what direction your room faces. Will definitely be back though!

Stayed here for our anniversary and loved every second of it! Beautiful rooms that were super clean, quiet and updated for comfort. Each room has its own garage that has 2 chairs and smoke butt can for smoking outside (if you smoke). No windows which was perfect with out late checkout, warm double sided fire place, big comfy bed, soft robes to wear, a love trail to walk, a love bridge to put a lock on, a wish tree out front and lots of other little fun things to do right on the hotel grounds. The staff is SUPER helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you're stay is comfortable! They bring you a tasty continental breakfast in the morning and offer snack baskets to purchase. They also have lots of add on's you can purchase to make your stay even more memorable like rose petals, candles, etc. Can't wait to go back and try out their other rooms next! ❤ Oh and right across the street are a few up scale restaurants and shops!

The staff is awesome! Love the location and the amenities. The staff was attentive, friendly, helpful, professional, and delivered the best customer service! It was very relaxing, the atmosphere was excellent, and we had an amazing stay. We will return.

this place meet past my expectations. employees were professional and really goof at there job. Rooms were so clean and the time I spent there was really fun and relaxing. if you are in a serious relationship and want to grow your relationship or marriage this is the place to go
