Four stars based on ease of shopping. I needed to replace 20-year old Sea Gull Lighting fixtures, Lighting New York was the only place found in extensive online search that had style and sizes closest to what is needed. Sale prices were a terrific deal. But they're non-returnable. Hope they work!

I broke the globe to one of my bathroom lights while cleaning it. I was so upset! I was able to reach out to the company and Denise was a huge help! She hunted down the replacement globe for me and made sure I could order it. So impressed by the customer service. I will definitely will be using this company in the future.

As usual I was searching everywhere for the best price. I began chatting with a rep to tell her what I found and she said no problem, we can price match your lowest price and beat it! Placed my order with Becky's quote and now I'm excitedly awaiting the vanity light. The customer service was awesome and these days that is not the norm.

If you are looking for a company with excellent customer service, products in stock, and competitive pricing, this company is solid. I like what seems to be 24 hour chat and the people I am talking with are very responsive and are able to answer basic product questions. We are remodeling and doing some new construction. We are using Lighting NY as our first source for lighting products...
