Staff are always incredibly helpful and do a wonderful job keeping the facility clean and welcoming. It never feels overcrowded with clutter in the aisles, which makes for a nice shopping experience. My son is a huge Ninja Turtle fan and we can always count on Target to have TMNT toys! So that's a huge bonus as well! The pharmacy staff are also wonderful. They always provide excellent service and have the best communication in regards to prescriptions and refills. It really is a nice Target to shop at. It never feels overcrowded or uncomfortable when shopping there.

I’ve never seen a line this long in this store. I’ll say that the Target team responded and began opening up additional checker lines and self checkouts. The line appeared to be forever but it really only took a few minutes to get through to the self checkout. I feel like that kind of action from the team is what makes this store my go to for just about anything- food, gifts, clothes, house, they even have beer and spirits. And a fresh produce! I can’t think of any time I bought produce from here that went bad quick or wasn’t good when I got home. Clean and well organized this store is, yes!~ Yoda (if he shopped)

Very clean store! Looks small from the outside, but very big on the inside. However, it’s not a Super Target. I love how it’s easily accessible from N 72nd St and Sorensen. The employees were very friendly and they maintain a well stocked store! The cashiers will make sure to ask you about Target Circle in case you forget to put in your number. :)

Target is a leader in online ordering and drive up service. I can usually find what I need and have never had a bad experience with any employee that brought my order out.

I bought a Barbie dream house at this location, to later find out I overpaid. I talked with Justice at customer service I told her I found a better price elsewhere Justice was able to match the better price for me. I am extremely satisfied with this target and their customer service. Thanks again Justice!

Polite employees and easy time saving return process.

I shop at three different target stores. All three locations are a good experience. The store at 72nd and Sorensen is consistently the best overall. The staff, including Starbucks, are courteous to the right amount. Whereas other targets don’t seem to care if you are there or not.

Lots more clothes than other Targets.

Always get help from people that KNOW the layout of the store they work at.

Today a very nice young lady, Moolay, brought out my order - refused to take gratuity (against Target's policy)- came to work when the weather is HORRIBLY COLD and the roads are very very slippery.... she still smiled and even if she HATED her job or HATED having to work a day like today, you wouldn't be able to tell...she smiled and was extremely polite.

I hope when she is up for a raise in wage or a higher position opportunity, her supervisor(s) revert back to this review.

Is this really possible in today’s world? Five stars? I shop at this target often, but not this target exclusively. But I will say this: the north 72nd street store has most everyone trying very hard and sincerely to provide a positive experience. I enjoy shopping here and don’t hesitate to recommend this target.

Very clean and quiet location. I stopped here for some breakfast items and the staff was friendly both at checkout and at the built in Starbucks. Highly recommend this location!

Adam in the electronics section was so helpful and polite, he went out of his way to assist us. The ladies working by the self check out were so nice and helped us get what we need. Best experience I have ever had at a retail store.

I love the Target culture and atmosphere. The sales associates know me by name and are very friendly. The store is not as clean or up to date as other nearby stores but it is conveniently located and for the most part clean and well maintained.

Staff is so friendly and nice! Love going to this location. They always say hi and help me find whatever I need. Thank you Target for being so awesome!

The employee at the check out was extremely busy and I stood there and needed here help with an item and I was not in line and she took a moment to see what I needed and helped me even though it was busy. she didnjt have an attitude and she went above and beyond the call of duty and did it with genuine compassion in her heart.

Target in north Omaha is very convenient, great selection, good customer service. Keep up the good work. Comfortable atmosphere
