The store is always busy but the service is always polite and professional. the clerks are kind and generous to the constant barrage of orders for Ice cream and or specialty items for sandwiches. I have never been disappointed.

I was at the Stewart's shop on nott street in schenectady, and I had the same woman cash out my groceries as 2 - 3 weeks ago. I don't know her name, but she is very easygoing and professional, and I appreciate that.

I go here a lot to get odd and end. Love the ice cream . and other stuff they have I recommended it. To get coffee, milkshakes ,icecream, small grocery items.

just a tip, pay attention when your being checked out here I've been over charged several times thinking I didn't notice it wasn't by much about a dollar but thought that was kind of sneaky

This is not the employees fault but this location has turned into a hangout for the middle and high school kids. It impossible to park after school hours without being blocked by a ton of kids. They are not responsible and should not be allowed to play in the parking lot, especially since there are so many kids. Also makes driving by so much harder.

Typically I've gotten good service here, living a few blocks away for my whole life, a new employee today apparently gave me some nasty maple ice cream in my hand packed pint instead of peanut butter pandemonium and I'm throwing it all in the trash. So that was a great way to waste my time and money and ruin my night .

One of the workers name Nick took over 15 minutes to make my milkshake. All we got was in a ice coffee with extra caramel and extra whip cream and a Philly apple pie And took about 20 minutes
