Was there around X-mas 2022 to inquire about home internet, they were very helpful and set me up. Brought the 5G gateway home and,no signal, positioned in 15 different areas, the next day I returned for them to check it to see if it was faulty, the staff tested it and worked fine. I was there over an hour as they explained where my tower was and where to correctly place the gateway.Bang did that 4 bars of 5g, they were all courteous and great to deal with, I don't understand these other reviews. Very satisfied the time they took to help me,thank you.

I went here because the company store by Walmart was unable to transfer my stuff from my old phone to my new one. The owner accomplished in minutes what the Company store couldn't do in hrs.

I had excellent customer service. Had an issue with my internet modem and was sent to the store by Tmobile phone customer service because I needed a new modem . The store had excellent quick customer service and had the problem fixed!

Walked in was ignored by at least 2 associates walked out. Was going to switch 3 lines new phones. Your loss

Stopped in to switch to T mobile and set up an appointment for the next day to change over 4 phones. When I showed up I found out they sold the phones earlier. They acted like it was my fault. This is what happens when you try to shop local.

Terrible service. Unreliable. Not trustworthy. Rude. When I first entered I thought this is a great local place to do business. After an hour and a half wait I realized how wrong I was.
