Great atmosphere, very inviting. Employees are very knowledgeable about each product, however they dont force product on you. With there very knowledgeable, and customer friendly approach to there customers it's easy to make the purchase. They do there job with the extra suggestive selling of add on products, and again with there approach to there guests it's very easy to except or deny without feeling jaded. Long time customer 15 years of great service thank you! And your company has a great mission statement approach to service of your guests. I've been a retail manager for 20 years, and I'm impressed every time I visit your local Irwin, pa. Store. Keep up the good work!

I bought some accessories and the kid really helped me. He did a great job putting a screen protector on my phone, it was perfect. The other fella Tom I believe that is name had helped me many times in the past as well.

Sales rep Joel was FANTASTIC. When i arrived the store was about 10 min from closing. I needed to purchase a new phone and Joel kept the store open for me to buy a new phone, mine was broken. Joel wad very helpful took the time to explain and answer any and all my questions. I was so satisfied with all his help. I will be sure to come back for any and all issue's..

Went with my boyfriend Friday night just before close unfortunately. However Joel was absolutely wonderful and got us two new phones on a new plan. He answered every question and made us feel welcomed. He even stayed two hours past closing just to make sure we got everything we needed. So happy with our new plan and look forward to many years of service with this provider. Joel deserves a raise and a promotion for sure!

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our experience with the Cricket store in Irwin, PA. We made the decision to switch from Verizon to Cricket and chose to go to the store in Irwin. The store manager, Will, is the definition of "customer service". He spent all the time he needed to answer the ton of questions we had and spent even more time switching to our new phones. Joel, another employee at the store, was also very helpful in answering our questions. I've always dreaded going into a phone store to switch phones or plans but this was a great experience!

The young associate who frequently answers "Granny's " questions and assists is great. His name is Tom. Very patient and helpful.

Absolutely the best. Had an issue eith downloading an app and it was resolved within a few minutes. Have been a Cricket customer for years. Have always been delighted with the personal service.
