AT&T Store

Great experience. Dalton helped me today to make changes to my plan and to purchase a new phone and watch. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I feel he really helped me maximize savings while upgrading my phone!

These guy are awesome. Big shoutout to the staff there. Nick, Andrew, Sean, Dalton, and Bryce all kept me entertained while we set up my Apple Watch!

I need to recognize the employees of the Irwin AT&T store. I switched from Verizon after 22 years, and needed some extra help with my new account. Andrew, the store manager, went above and beyond to make sure that all my concerns were addressed. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate when helping customers and upon every visit I made to the store, we were treated with respect. Thank you to Regan, Alex, and Andrew! Their kindness was greatly appreciated, and made our switch to AT&T, a much smoother transition.

Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable! They said hello and that they would be with me in a moment I didn't wait long but he did apologize for the wait. He did a great job with my trade in! He had me in and out of that store in less than a half hour with a brand new phone! Which I really appreciated because I had my two young kids with me. Thank you!!

Anthony our sales rep was a huge help! We came to the store to transfer service from another carrier and we were worried it was going to be a very stressful process. Anthony was knowledgeable and made it as stress free as possible! We had 3 kids with us so it could have had quite a different result. We're excited to be new AT&T customers!

Never could have imagined I'd ever be convinced to sell an old device of mine... especially one over 5 years old, as I'm very nostalgic about the day the phone is given it's final shut-down.

My experience at this store was not only swift, efficient, but left me paying less for a better phone than I originally came in expecting to pay almost twice as much for the base model of.

I don't even care if it's "part of the script" or their job to try and save me money... but ask a Walmart electronics associate anything that's not directly on the side of the box before trying to convince me my service at this AT&T location was anything less than exceptional.

I cracked the screen on my phone and took it to AT&T in Irwin to see what my options are. I had my toddler son and newborn with me as well. Nick was not only helpful, but patient as I tried to calm my baby down when she woke up. He explained to me where I could go to get help, what the costs would be, and what would keep my bill the cheapest in the future so that I can save money in whatever ways I can these days. Quite the opposite of a previous experience I've had elsewhere. I will NEVER go to the Miracle Mile Monroeville store after the ghost line scam they allowed their employee to get away with. She made her commission off me so what's she care right?

I went to the AT&T store to switch service from t-mobile. I was welcomed by a friendly staff and reassured that a made a cost saving choice with a better service experience. I made myDecision yesterday and have no regrets so far. The staff was very knowledgeable more than so as T-Mobile that I had for a couple years. I would like to thank the AT&T store for a great experience and a better service experience than I had with T-Mobile. Andre was the representative that helped me and I can easily say it was a five star experience.

Reggie and Regan were absolutely incredible, we had a very complex situation transferring an out of state account. We were so pleased with their service!

Max greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very knowledgable and happy to help me replace my screen protector. He then offered to take a look at my plan. Was able to find me a plan that was less expensive and offered free HBO Max. I walked out with more than I went in there for. Excellent service and friendly staff!

Representative Bill at the route 30 store in Irwin was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products, I started a business account with att and he did a couple phones ,ported my numbers over that I was concerned about because its on all my trucks with no problems and very little time! He goes above and beyond for his customers! Thanks Bill great 👍 job!!!

The at&t Irwin team is great. Special thank you to Bill Blair for being a pro and helping me finish my order. My online order turned into a nightmare, but Bill owned the situation and made the calls that needed to be made and was able to fix& save the entire process. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Going forward I'm only going to at&t Irwin to see Bill. I live 5 minutes from the Monroeville at&t , but it is well worth the 20+ minute drive and tolls to Irwin, knowing I will have exceptional service every single time!

Love this location! They are absolutely the best. Michael was my sales associate on two different occasions. On both he was so patient and understanding. This gentleman goes above and beyond at his job.

Max was a great help in switching from Xfinity Mobile. Over the week I worked with him in switching over a bunch of lines as well as upgrade our phones for super cheap. Super friendly and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!

I was experiencing critical issues with another carrier who had taken over my original service. After giving them every opportunity to correct the issues, they failed on every level. I went into the Irwin AT&T store and was immediately greeted by Max. He got me set up on a pre pay plan for my recently purchased (unlocked) Samsung Galaxy A51 4G and my service has been outstanding! He was kind, knowledgeable and honest with me. I'm paying less and have complete functionality where I could not even placw a call or send an image previously. Thank you so much Max!
