A clean, convenient location with great customer service. One of the only locations we could find to get a quick pcr Covid test for travel from Baltimore to Pennsylvania this close to Christmas. Drove 1 1/2 to the appt. Thank goodness for this CVS.

super sweet people working there now, just moved to the area and they helped me bring my prescriptions over easily. kind and friendly to everyone i saw there including me!!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've always had a great experience with this pharmacy. They are kind and very helpful. Seriously!!! I'm not just saying this!! Every time I call, they are nice on the phone and answer my questions. I've gotten texts messages reminding me to pick up my prescriptions. Sometimes I don't have the money so I leave them. They never complain about that. Keep up the good work CVS! Also, the nice, dark skinned (maybe African) lady is always so kind and helpful. She always says hello to me and smiles. That means a lot!

This CVS, specially the pharmacy staff, is an excellent group of people. The pharmacist, Bri, is so attentive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for everyone. I see a lot of bad reviews but CVS is to blame, not these hard working pharmacy staff. They are understaffed and underpaid, so be patient or go somewhere else. I've been in the line to pick up my prescriptions before and I had to intervene many times when another customer starts BERATING and VERBALLY ASSAULTING the staff. That is unacceptable and disgusting behavior. Be better.

I had a pleasant time during my visit to this store. The pharmacist Bri, was really polite and helpful with my questions and needs. While the pharmacy was full of people and some of them rude to the staff, I saw them keeping their composure and be as helpful as possible.

Kelly was very nice. I never have issues with get medication there. She is always Respectful and very kind. She goes above and beyond for her customers!!

Alex was great! Got my medicine for me a day early so my family could begin our vacation in Denver and so I could spread my father's ashes in St. Louis! Greencastle CVS turned me away, Rite Aid in Greencastle turned me away, Carl's in Greencastle turned me away! I was in Waynesboro CVS for 10 minutes, got my meds and was treated with respect and understanding! TAKE NOTES GREENCASTLE! !!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service received on 2 Nov from manager out front and one other staff member. Genuinely cared about my health and wellbeing during a time of need. Thank you!

This is a good CVS to go in and grab a prescription. The pharmacy employees are nice and it seems like the staff also are pleasant. It is very easy to get in and out of from the main road. I haven't had any problems with this CVS.

Pharmacy staff very professional and friendly I received an informative counseling and was on my way. Generally speaking the experience was satisfying and very positive. They are good for the most part but, have been out of one of my main prescriptions since March 28th.

My husband and I have our prescriptions filled here. The staff is always friendly, helpful, professional and supportive.
