We drove through town unnecessarily to get here, as it is right of the highway. There was construction in town, which meant detours down unmarked, narrow roads. It was worth it though, because I really needed gas, and really needed to pee. They lose 3 stars for the bathroom being outside and begging to get a key, but hey one back for being nice about it and not making me buy something first like another place did a while back. I am still salty about that, and plan to never drive through the Texas pan handle again.

Convenient location right on 30. Parking lot and gas pump area is very tight and congested. Difficult to get in and out of with traffic.

Always busy. Hard to get in & out of the gas area. Staff is not all friendly or helpful. Not open late.

Unfortunately Closed at Night

Sell the business to someone who is willing to put the hours in. What kind of gas station on a major highway closes at 8pm?? And there's nowhere else to get without driving 10 min North out of the way!!

Terrible customer service. I go in the other morning to grab a coffee, walk up to the counter, and crickets- no one to ring me up. This goes on for maybe 30 seconds or so until I stick my head around the counter to ask the girl in back room if she can wait on me. All of the sudden another employee runs up behind me and says “I’m waiting on you” at which point I told her she was not doing a very good job. Her response- “too bad” I’ve never seen such poor customer service/disrespect, although in retrospect, what can one expect from a minimum wage employee in her 50’s?

And the only gas station for 12 MI one way and the only gas station 4 miles the other, it's pretty ridiculous they close at 8:00 p.m. on Fridays! Literally can't go anywhere in this damn area without getting stuck you don't have gas make sure you're always full.

I used the ATM for a withdrawal. The ATM dispensed my money however I did not grab it quick enough from the ATM and it sucked my money back in. The cashier Audrey M. Was standing behind the counter watching the whole time. She saw what happened. When I asked her to help me with this situation she told me she could not do anything to help me. I asked her to get her manager. And she got rude with me. Finally she got the manager to come out of the back room and the manager told me she could not help me either. They were both very rude to me. The manager said that the store has nothing to do with the ATM machine that I would have to contact the people who manage the ATM. Neither one of them would take the time to help me find the information that I needed to contact the people/person who is the owner of that ATM. I literally had to sit on the floor to write down the 800 number posted on the ATM while they both stood there behind the counter and watched me do this. Neither one of them offered to help me in any way. I will never go back to that store even though it is convenient for me. Oh and by the way... I contacted the district manager and filed a complaint. Their employees and managers are very rude. They act like they don't want bothered with their customers. If that is how they need to act perhaps they should find a job elsewhere.

Giant Eagle should never allow their name to be associated with a store/gas station that closes at 7 pm. on a weekday when on a thoroughfare of Route 30, a major U.S. Highway. If securing reliable employees to man the ship for three additional hours a day requires an bump in pay by $2.00 an hour, then, I say do it! It only makes good financial sense. Think about it, two dollars more an hour times three hours only equals six dollars total investment. Are you seriously telling me that if you are open an additional three hours that you can’t make six additional dollars in profit? Personally, I understand that there is a shortage of workers. However, if everyone around you is offering $15 an hour and you are only paying $13 an hour, what do you expect? I would go elsewhere to earn the extra money as well. Most people can do the basic math. You don’t have to be a brain surgeon to figure out why you can’t secure workers. I absolutely love the town of Ligonier. However, it needs to get in touch with the surrounding communities and the outside world. Especially, when dealing with things that people rely on to get by, like petrol for their vehicles.

You’ve closed the restroom “due to COVID” , which is a time when people should be washing their hands MORE and a majority of the essential workers are in non traditional jobs where they don’t have access to bathroom facilities. Restaurants are closed so we can’t sit down and eat so we are forced to use the drive through and eat in our work vehicles and you’ve closed the restroom facilities!

Understaffed. Unfriendly. Card wouldn't read in machine and cashier refused to type the card number in. Said she wasn't allowed to anymore. Told me I had to do it myself. There was no way I could from my end because the card reader did not allow it. She just shrugged and told me oh well. Staff was just rude in general.

I get my gas regularly from Get Go stations around my area.This is the worst Get Go I have yet encountered. The card reader couldn’t read my card on multiple occasions although other Get Gos have no problem. When I complained they said there was nothing they could do about it. I don’t believe that. Also the station is small, congested, understaffed and difficult to access and exit.
