My wife and I visited this location this past weekend by chance. We were surprised by the interesting designs and materials that you are not going to find at a box store. Patrick greeted us, but he gave us plenty of distance and time to check out several of the sets in the showroom. We found a set that we really liked, and Patrick worked out a way to have the shipping expedited, which worked out well for us. I was happy with our experience there. We took delivery today, and that was a breeze as well.

Patrick made our visit to the Ridgefield location extremely fun the first time we visited a year ago, and we just had another great time recently! We got a great umbrella, while laughing and learning all about the various options. He went way, way out of his way (including checking inventory in person at another store on our behalf) to help us find chaise lounges that fit our budget. We couldn’t be happier with them. I would come here to hang out with the staff in my free time. It was great and the inventory is excellent. Very high end options and affordable ones too.

Patrick Moore (manager of the Ridgefield location) has been such a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and never overlooks a single detail. He even went so far as to look up the wind in our backyard in order to help us pick out the right umbrella for our Patio. It's rare to find someone as attentive to detail, responsive, and communicative as Patrick. He's the best and I highly recommend him and the Patio.com team!

Appreciate the honesty of the sales associate I dealt with. I actually ended up going online before buying to see if her pricing was accurate. Not only was the price fair, it was actually a good amount lower than the online. When I calculated the delivery vs. the online shipping, including the item price, I actually saved close to $100. Worth the trip and oh...great customer service (rare these days esp. after rude online non-personable help)...Will return here.

We purchased a beautiful teak table from the Ridgefield store. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the table after having it for only a few weeks. The store worked fast to resolve the issue by replacing for a brand new table.

They had some nice displays but the employee was on his phone the whole time. They seemed friendly after getting off. The quality was there for some pieces but not others. Compared to other stores it seemed just way more expensive. Not sure if it's worth it.

The items sold at this place is very expensive. Shocked at the prices...bought pato furniture at another place for half the price. I did buy overpriced covers for my furniture and the woman says its a final sale...she helped with recommending which one to buy after we gave her the measurements. This morning tired to cover the chair and no way it fits...and now we cant return them cause of final sale which is ludicrous
