If I could give 10 stars I would! Everyone was beyond helpful every step of the way. On top of the incredible customer service, Ali worked with us to give discounts so the packing and shipping was within budget (without his help, it would have been impossible). I can’t say enough good things about my experience and the staff there.

Long overdue shoutout to this UPS store. They are always so friendly and helpful. John helped me resolve an issue I was having shipping my packages. He provided me with several options to get my items there safely and even offered to pack them at an additional charge explaining I would be fully covered by their packing guarantee.

The staff did interrupt us a few times when he was helping me to which he apologized for and even though I could tell he was getting a little overwhelmed going back and forth he did his best and that is all I could ask for.

I will be bringing in several more things to have you pack for me soon.

I had submitted a printing job at 6am and visited this UPS when they opened at 8am. I did not notice that there was a 24 hour turn around for this service, but was informed of this upon entering the store by John. I think he could see that I was pretty desperate (was needing to print promotion flyers for lab visits at Yale later that morning). John was SO kind and quickly printed my sheets. I greatly appreciate his customer service - it helped the rest of my day go smoothly. Huge thank you!!

I went in this morning to do an Amazon return, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! They asked me if this was my first time doing an Amazon return, and helped walk me through the process, it was so quick and painless. I appreciated them taking the time to explain how it works and when my order will be returned. I will definitely continue to come here for more shipping in the future!

I am a regular customer who drop packages off frequently and just need a receipt. Typically I have to stand in line and wait for customers that require extra time and service. It’s so frustrating and always thought they should have an “express” line especially around the holidays and busy times. Finally, I went there this week and one of the guys asked if anyone in line was just dropping off and then he scanned my package, gave me a receipt and I was out of there! Hoping they keep this service because it’s definitely worth 5 stars!

This is the second time I had the opportunity to work with John and he makes shipping packages easy for me. Thank you, John! It's such a pleasure when you meet someone who likes what they do, they do it well and with a smile. John is easy to work with and gets the job done. I just received my update from UPS Tracking and the item has already shipped! I drove past three other UPS Stores to use this one store. The hour drive is worth it because John takes the frustration and anxiety out of packing and shipping for me. Thank you and see you again.

This is the third time I have used this store and it is the third time the store employees have met or exceeded my expectations! As I mentioned in previous posts, I pass other UPS stores and a Staples to come here. Today Nick helped me pack some antique snowshoes for shipment to Utah. He was extremely professional, friendly and competent. I live an hour away and will only come here to ship items. I expect this shipment to be fulfilled just like the previous two shipments...on time, no damage and all parties satisfied. Thank you! Mark

Jim and his staff at the UPS Store, Shelton are always ready to help. They greet you with a smile and a hello every time. I use to use a different local print store for my multiple projects printing needs. Once I gave Jim and his staff a chance a few years ago, I'm not sure why I didn't switch sooner. The prices and quality cannot be beat and they have never missed a commitment. I look forward to continue to bring my printing needs to the UPS Store.

We've been customers at this location for several years and always look forward to our visits - they always treat my wife and I with professionalism, but with a personal touch. Their services are fairly priced and the staff are always efficient and personable. We look forward to many more visits!

Quick. Efficient. Open when I need them

I finally gave up my P.O box at the post office because the access hours were limited and inconvenient and the post office will not accept packages. UPS boxes are accessible to customers 24/7 and they'll accept packages for customers which is a great service if you travel and don't want packages left on your doorstep. The UPS store will send an email alert to let you know it's there for pickup.

I've been a customer at this location since it opened. Jim and the staff always go the extra mile to deliver friendly, excellent service.

I have been working with the Shelton UPS store for several years. I'm always greeted by a friendly face and my packages are dealt with quickly. The owner has worked with me on shipping ideas for various projects. I recommend them for all your shipping needs.

I am a senior AND handicapped and the guys at the Shelton UPS Store treated me very well. They were kind and explained what i needed to do to ship a power chair back to the company i bought it from and it was the easiest most pleasant experience I've had!!!! The staff and owner of this UPS store are great. I have used them for business service for almost 8 years now. They are very helpful and friendly to small businesses and a great place to use for personal shipment of items. They even provide great and quick service around the busy holidays!

I have give a thumbs up for this store! Was there this morning before work to drop off a package so I arrived 10 mins before store open hour, and the gentlemen must had saw me parking, he went up to my car and tell me I can come in if I want to because he has the store opened already, I mean wow, it was totally unexpected! Simple kind acts but I doubt I'd go the extra step myself. Thanks again!
