Horrible customer service, been going here for years, today I left angry and won’t go back.

Why claim to provide C02 when you don’t have and do not know when you will have supply. And the customer service there is horrendous! Went to their competitor I give them 10 star rating!!!

Their communication between departments is absolutely horrible. I wish there were other options in our area. I’m still waiting on a delivery that was initially placed 3 weeks ago, and for the 3rd week in a row they tried delivering on a day that we are closed.

The cashiers personnel are not customers friendly. They don’t like helping customers and not even want to answer some basic questions. Gosh I wish my company didn’t bother do business with them, poor customer service.
