Beltone Hearing Aid Center

My visit with Beltone was informative, pleasant and comfortable. I got solid information and was treated very professionally. Would highly recommend them to anyone thank you for the time you spent with me it makes my decisions easier.

The reception was very welcoming. Water and goodie’s were offered on arrival. Anthony Malafronte did an exceptional job in adjusting the volume of my hearing aids and connecting me to my iPhone so that I could adjust the raising and lowering the sound myself. I’ve had these hearing aids since Covid started and they were adjusted by one who wore a mask when adjusting them and I gradually stopped wearing them because I couldn’t hear well. I couldn’t be more delighted, I don’t have to keep saying “What”. Thank you Tony.

I have been to Beltone in Brookfield, CT many times over the last couple of years in order to get proper care for my father's hearing. My father and I have always have felt welcomed and cared for above and beyond any standard of care. Tony (Audiologist/Specialist) has assisted my father personally, even picked him up once while he was in a rehabilitation facility to bring him to Beltone to examine my father's hearing, assessing and addressing his needs for hearing aides. Tony is patient, kind, and very thorough in his work. My father's quality of life is so much improved because of Tony's due diligent work whether it be in cleaning my father's hearing aides or explaining the advantages of the new, state of the art hearing aides that Beltone has. Tony is so warm and friendly that he puts you at ease and he is a great listener; no pun intended. I wouldn't trust my father's hearing to anyone else.

The Beltone Hearing Aid Center in Brookfield, CT is staffed by true professionals who understand their customers needs. They work very hard at ensuring the right hearing device is selected and just as hard training the patient on proper use and maintenance. They are religious in their follow up and dedication to their clients. I cannot recommend this center strong enough.

John the audiologist was incredibly patient and thorough. Rather than just do manual adjustments and finish the appointment, he made my father do them so he'd learn. He also gave us both pointers to enhance the aids.

I bring my 85 year old uncle to Beltone and he is treated with respect and Fred makes him involved in every aspect of his hearing aid adjustments and fittings.
It is truly and enjoyable visit when I bring my uncle.

I enjoyed having my hearing tested at Brookfield’s Beltone today. I had accompanied a friend who was being tested and there was time to test my hearing as well. The tester was pleasant, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. I’m thinking about purchasing hearing aids, but not pleased with my insurance coverage.

I’ve started to experience problems with my hearing aids a few months ago. I booked an appointment through your customer service at the nearest office which is now in Brookfield since my move to Southbury. Ed welcomed me warmly then Jeff took over. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, kindness and understanding. He took time to troubleshoot and remedy what he could. Some issues required that the units be sent out for service. I love my Beltone hearing aids and depend on them daily. They have allowed me to reengage with family, friends and the world around me. The benefits are priceless. I look forward to reclaiming the set after its repair. Ed and Jeff are phenomenal.

When my hearing really started to get bad I went to the Beltone store near my house in Brookfield two years ago. What a great choice I made. I did need hearing aids and their service has been outstanding .
No hard sales and they listen to me and answer my questions
