Big Lots

We purchased a mattress and headboard. The woman who helped us (forgive us, but we never got her name) was absolutely fabulous. She has great product knowledge, products, features and benefits, inventory, and she even hauled the items out for us and helped us get it all into our van. The price was amazing, too. 👍🏼👍🏼👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I love the store in middletown ct. The employees there are so polite and helpful when they walk by me they always say " hi can I help you find anything"

Visited the Wallingford store for a particular item. Kim, who works there, was very helpful. When we couldn't locate the item, she checked inventory and even called another store and had them hold the item for me. She was caring and friendly, and gave me great service. The store is clean and well organized and everyone I spoke with was helpful!

I love their food section. Any seasoning for food or desserts can be found here. There is a variety of pans for baking and cooking that are high quality.

Love Big Lots! Find so many bargains there. And if you know your prices, you will see that you save especially food items. I find such good deals on crackers and other food. I especially love their Clearance sales. Wow i can't believe what i saved on a desk chair. Half off! Only $35. I go there at least 3 to 4 times a month.

I visited big lots with my mom 3 weeks ago and there was so many nice things it was hard not to buy something. Im redoing my home and I plan to go back to big lots soon. Plus, the staff was super helpful and even carried the heavy shelf my mom bought out to her car. It was so nice.

I went to shop there on 5/28/20 - about 1:30 pm. I went to take survey and it didn’t allow me to say anything about the cashier. I appreciate great customer service . In a time where Covid 19 has changed the normal shopping experience I appreciate Great customer service That much more. This day I was on my way to the Big lots in north haven , but I wasn’t sure they would have my product because it’s hit or miss usually - so i turned around on the highway and headed to this location. I love big lots and I’m in the reward program and I have shopped at many different Big lots in Connecticut & other states. This location is one of the better ones but I always forget because I got use to Milford and north haven. This google is to shout out Kim my cashier - Your amazing sweet and thanks for making my shopping experience and more so my register experience a pleasure - Thanks for telling me about the healthcare discount something north haven store never told me about - I watched you also give the customers in front of me the same great customer service - - I’m not sure of your goals within the Big-lots company - yet you are a asset to the store and company and you made my day - you made me smile and you went beyond to make sure I left the store happy and satisfied /no script from your heart / This 5 rating is because of you - It’s not easy shopping under the new normal experience / Your just as essential as us in the healthcare and I appreciate you Thanks Kim R002 T1689 - This Big lots has become one of my favorites now - Kim deserves 10 stars , I hope I get to see you again Your definitely amazing and I hope your bosses appreciate you and they realize what a asset you are to this location .

Just returned from Big lots. In the mist of empty shelves and silent customers, a kind, attentive store employee stopped what she was doing and provided assistance to me and my husband. It's rare by normal standards but today it's exemplary. Thank you Big Lots!

Recently I moved, so I felt compelled to buy new furniture. Luci and Dominique were very helpful and plesant in assisting to make my transition less stressful. I had bought a floor room model and had to return for the 10percent discount, which Caroline the manager was happy to provide me. I will continue to buy furniture from them in the future.

I love this store. You can find deals upon deals. The service is always excellent.

Very organized. Called and the employee looked to see if they had the item I wanted. Drove there to pick it up.. All employees were nice and knowledgeable.

Generally a good store with great items that keep me coming back but the management and staff can be a little put offish. Almost like there impatient or board. Not sure whats going on there.

Always a pleasure to stop in and see what bargains they have. Staff is plesant, polite and very helpful.
