Starbucks

We stopped on our way to New Hampshire. It was easy to find and right of the highway. It’s located in a shopping plaza. They have plenty of tables inside and drive through if you just want to grab a coffee and go. I had a latte and it was prepared correctly. Everyone was friendly and they had clean bathrooms.

Kaitlyn was amazing and so helpful. The rest of the staff were also so friendly and happy, made the place feel warm and welcoming. I stayed from about 12:30 to now, and even the shift change was smooth. No one waited long for their drinks/food, and everyone was happy. Please make sure the owner/ general manager recognizes how great their staff is. 😀

Took a quick drive to get my wife a coffee, and my mini me wanted to come along. She obviously can’t have anything with caffeine due to her age, but when my 3 year old said, “Can I have a pink drink, please?” the barista offered to make a tall iced milk with strawberry purée and topped with whipped cream. Might have been a mistake because now she’s hooked. This is the Starbucks business model and I just brought my daughter into the trap haha. She loved her “pink drink” and also her bumblebee cake pop- and when my wife asked why it took so long to get home, my daughter replied, “I had a problem. I didn’t want to leave that place.” So..yup, there goes Daddy’s money.

I’m in Starbucks almost every day. I love the option of ordering ahead. Very friendly staff. Everyone is so nice. I Oder the same thing. Black tea with lemonade and 7 pumps of classic syrup.

This location is BOMB! As a new Starbucks Lover, they have helped raised the bar in customer service. The customer in front of them is their only care because there are customers like me who know nothing, and need complete assistance on ordering and how it works. At Dunkin, they have never cared about getting your order right, but the employees let you know that you are important. So when I go in there or wait in the drive thru line, I prepare for a few extra minutes because I am going to assume that they are giving each car or customer in front of me, the same exact care! Thank you for all you do!

This Starbucks is very clean and organized. It's the only Starbucks I have been too that has app orders separated by first letter of your name and placed on the counter. Very efficient. They also made my drink correctly the first time which was awesome. Highly recommend.

Employee handed me this through the drive through and said”this that liquid crack”. I nodded and drove off. I do not disagree with employees statement.

I was there today and had a very pleasant experience. The employees were nice and my order was quick and delicious. After I left I realized I had (stupidly) left my purse. A customer was kind enough to hand it in to the employees (thank you whoever you are!). The store closed early due to a team meeting but an employee was kind enough to answer the door. She was very helpful and showed they cared for the security of my belongings. She asked for my name and told her employees to always ask for a name because, if you state a name, the person could lie and say they are that person. I very much appreciate the kindness of the employees!! They handled the situation very well :)

I've only been there twice so I dont really know their drinks and the girl at the counter was so patient and helped me choose a drink which is DELICIOUS by the way. The staff was so beyond polite and the bf and I love our drinks! Super clean in there too.

By far, the best Starbucks I've been to maybe ever. The staff is so friendly and I love their question of the day. My drink is always right. I go out of my way to go to this one.

I was able to get through the drive-thru quickly, early in the morning. They made my drink correctly, amazing, because even though it is a simple one to make, many other Starbucks locations have messed it up.

I've been a Starbucks fan for a long time. I love the crew at Wallingford. They are a welcoming and friendly bunch.

Just picked up our mobile order amidst a crazy rush. The woman pulling espresso and making the drinks was so on top of it. I work in a CT artisan coffee shop and daaaaaamn if I could steal her for our shop, I would. Thanks for running that like nobody’s business and making my man’s really weird matcha drink perfectly 🤓

Drive thru line was busy, so I decided to go in. The staff was very curteous as they interacted with the customers and each other. There were people in and out of lobby with about an average of 8 or so. I was in and out within a few minutes. Thank you!!

Staff are amazing, fun, helpful, and kind. Coffee is always consistently delicious, fast, and correct!

Went through drive thru around 10:45 this morning, the girl who took care of me was super sweet, I love when you can tell the customer is genuinely cared about. Made my day! 🥰🥰

They're busy, which is to be expected. But, all the partners were really friendly, and the store looked clean.
