Dunkin'

I live in the city of York. Every time I visit the city of Ct to visit my family, I get my favorite coffee and sometimes a refreshing juice with a donut. There is a worker named Lamia, who is tall and always looks cheerful and works hard, not only with me but also with the consumers, and this seems clear. Thank you very much. My name is Zakia

When I come here on some mornings the lady who does the drive through mostly through the week is so pleasant and polite. I had a terrible morning this morning and just her being so positive and kind is uplifting. She takes pride in what she does and dunkin should feel lucky to have her.

I go here at least three times a week, the older lady that talks at drive-thru most days I go is so friendly and polite.

My only complaint would be sometimes when I get my large coffee, it isn't filled up all way. I'm paying $3 for a coffee, I want those few extra ounces of coffee. I'd rather have it leak it a little and get my money's worth!

Update, here's another unfilled coffee...guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

Update 2,coffee isn't as empty but the toasted bagels seem to be microwaved at this location. Yalesville,south colony and the location near home depot always toast tye bagel to enhance the crispy sesame bagels,I prefer turkey sausage on mine !

Coffee is fresh . Not like other dunking spots

I don’t know her name, but she is the sweetest lady ever. I go to this Dunkin location exclusively for a couple reasons. One, the lady who always says “good morning sweetie”. Two, they’ve never messed up my order, never had burnt tasting coffee. Three, quick and efficient regardless how long the line is. Keep up the good work!!

The best staff works here! They are such hard working, tight knit team! We love them! Great service. Almost no mistakes ever made! The food is obesity inducing ick, but love the staff!

First I was amazed at how super fast the service was, but then blown away with how FRESH and Delicious this Dunkin is!!! Coming from NYC……this Dunkin blows all the rest out of the water! Yummy! Thank you Wallingford 😋

Only place I've ever been to yet that hasn't messes up my order, and I have to mention the awesome people that work there. Totally an inviting atmosphere.

Of course coffee does that alone, but say there wasn't coffee, I'd still feel quite at home in the company that is employed there. :)

The Route 5, Wallingford location is the most consistent DD I visit. What I mean is when I order my goto Cappachino, it tastes the same every time. That's what I'm looking for....

I currently work at the South Colony Dunkin Donuts and they are a wonderful ownership to work for! This store on N.Colony had changed their hours, now open until 11pm. 😊 Before working for their company I came to this Dunkin all the time! Fast, efficient, friendly Service!

Located on route 5 across the street from shoprite. This is one of the best DDs. Coffee is always fresh especially in the morning. If you are not happy, just tell them and they will give you a replacement free.

This is the only Dunkin I go to. They make your coffee correctly and the lady who works the drive thru is always friendly. Worth the drive to go to this one!

Duncan I am always happy with their service and with their coffees and donuts I don't complain they get a 5 star from me so everybody stop over and eat some Duncan

First time coming to this place and it was great! I just came here and I switched my order 3 times but the employee were very nice , I believe their name was Deepp and the manager

Excellent customer service. New apple cider donut is delicious. Just enough sweetness and very soft.

Our food was ready the second after we ordered. It was one of the most efficient Dunkin Donuts (if not the most) I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to many).

I met individual behind the counter who recognized that hot cup holders were too big and small coffee cups too hot for them so he provided an additional cup to keep the too hot cup from burning my hands.

One of my favorite DDs. Always super clean. Always crowded, but never a long wait because they're efficient. Very clean too.
