This Guilford UPS store consistently provides top quality service. Whether I send them an email for a print job or drop in for a shipment, they are always welcoming and willing to go beyond expectations. A quote that comes to mind when I think of the employees of this store is from Mother Teresa… “Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier." I always feel gratitude after a visit to this store.

I drive from North Branford as Missy is aleyas incredibly nice and authentically helpful. She understands the nuances of shipping and packing very well. Highly recommended.

This UPS store and Owner are by far - simply amazing!! Customer service has always been great - but this year the owner and staff made what I thought would be impossible happen. Friendliness of the staff. How quickly they handle any requests. When I have deliveries of musical instruments, I know they will be safely set aside, and they notify me right away.

This location is exceptional! I had several transactions & both Missy & Laura helped me. They were such a delight to talk to, I didn't want to leave! They made me feel so welcomed. They greeted each customer. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Missy & Laura!

Got there right when they opened this morning... Laura helped me and was very sweet, for first thing in the AM... as a bonus, the Owner arrived with his dog and I spent the rest of my visit very distracted, talking gibberish to this lovely creature, Finnegan I think his name was. Anyhow, I generally have quite positive experiences at this location and today just further endeared them to me.

First off spoke w a gentlemen on phone. I was shipping a bike. He suggested I bring in for estimate. He sold size approach box, assistanted back to truck. Next day got my package sent off. Bad w names but think its Gabe. Very informative and acknowledged my needs. Great store mascot (dog). Great experience overall.

Jeff and his team are the most gracious, customer friendly people in all of Guilford. On two occasions , once when UPS mis-delivered and another time when an ink refill cartridge failed Jeff happily refunded all my money. Keep up the great work team Jeff !

The ladies and gentlemen who work at this UPS store are exceptionally courteous and professional. They go above and beyond for their customers and they are 100% trustworthy. I am very happy with their service and use them for all my shipping and handling needs.

Hands down the best customer service I've received at a UPS store. They almost always have multiple employees working so the line moves very fast. I came with a lot of shipping questions and Duane was able to answer them all!

I was looking for a notary during the quarantine. I called the UPS store in Clinton and she informed me that their notary just retired. She was very professional and kind and referred me to the Guilford store. The owner, Jeff, CAME TO MY PLACE OF WORK AND MET ME OUTSIDE to notarize the forms. Great Guy. He had a mask on. We kept apart from each other. He is the best. He just wants to help.

I was shipping 60 mugs stuffed with goodies for my coworkers who are frontline workers in pharmacies. I had no idea what I had gotten myself into when I thought this was a good idea. I called Duane after I had wrapped them all and found myself at a standstill for how to pack and ship them. He told me to just bring them in and he'd help me out. I showed up with 8 boxes, all the mugs divided amongst them. He got me all sorted out - printed the labels, measured my boxes, and even packed and shipped them! What a life saver. I apologize for everyone who was patiently waiting in line while he was helping me (thank you!). Now the mugs and goodies are on their way to caffeinate my friends and fill their bellies with sugar.

Great customer service! I came in with two packages that weren’t ready to be shipped because I didn’t have packing tape etc and they took care of everything! They made my experience great!

The service here has been friendly and helpful. A few times it's been busy on a Saturday and only one employee was there, but they were working hard to help everyone as soon as posible.

We have two sons away at college so we send quite a few packages, we now send all our packages from here.

I use this location often, shipping work and personal items. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and helpful they are patient and kind—this is especially appreciated this time of year with the holiday rush! Thanks all!

I have always found the workers helpful and accommodating. The UPS store has been more than helpful for me because I get extremely important mail which I don't want showing up at my h ok me.
