Wendy's

I made a quick pitstop at this Wendy’s by going through the drive-through yesterday. The employees at both windows were friendly and my food was good. I ended up getting a six dollar biggie bag, which seems like a good deal. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to go to this Wendy’s

Let's be clear, it's FAST FOOD, not a gourmet restaurant, so have realistic expectations. Also, I typically use the drive through, but I have been inside a couple times. I don't review off one visit. We all have good and bad days.
With all that being said, this is probably the best AND most consistent Wendy's I've been to in CT. I go to this location maybe once a week, on my way to work. The staff is friendly, nice, and respectful. They say please and thank you. They smile and ask how you're doing.
As far as service, they actually give you what you order, including the extras (sauces, ketchup, etc.), while still being fast. The food is hot and doesn't look thrown together.
I haven't sat down inside, but I have went in to order. Inside is very clean, looks brand new. The restroom is clean and stocked.
If you're in the mood for fast food, I would highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work everyone!

Was extremely happy with this location. Food was fresh and hot despite having a long line in the drive thru.

Drive thru guy was extremely nice and my chx Sammy was excellent.

Love this place, I worked here when I was 16 - 18 full-time. Still located in the same spot, some of the same district managers are there who I can remember as shift leaders and or cashiers back in my day. Still great food, kind good service. Family type environment as a customer or employee here. Definitely my favorite Wendy's I've ever been to in my 40 years in earth 👍🏼🤙🏽💯

My family and I went tonight 02/09/22 @ 5:30 is and we ordered a double stack bag and we never had such a quality burger for fast food like this. Everything was fresh, not squished, perfect portions and great value. The staff there tonight were on point. Thank you for giving a mom a night off and making us all happy. I wish I took pictures of the burgers because they were picture perfect!

Best burger in town, everything so clean and E tested the new burger. They have the coca-cola freestyle machine. So what else.

My favorite French Fries. They are consistent. Ya' know how McD's fries are sometimes perfect and other times they're hard + tasteless? I've never had that problem with Wendy's fries - or frankly anything on the menu is consistent. You can't knock consistency.

Wendy's is my favorite fast food chain. This location was my first visit but I was pleased. The drive though was quick and the food was freshly made. Would definitely go again if I was in the area.

(I had to write this review on my bfs phone because mine wasn’t working but I had to write something) This Wendy’s had amazing customer service!!! I wish I got the employees name so I could recognize them. I went here as a last minute desperate attempt to get something to eat during a trip to NY. I am vegan and I had tried other places but no one had anything I could eat. The blonde man with gauges and tattoos at this Wendy’s was so sweet and accommodating and was able to make something I could eat that was actually really good!

Absolutely delicious meal! Shirley, Ming and Assistant Manager Joe went above and beyond to make it a fabulous lunch!! Thank you so much!!

Recently updated and super friendly staff also their fish sandwich was cooked fresh for me ( Substantialy better then McDonald's )

Great food, fast friendly service. Love their baked potato with cheese and bacon and now they even have chili. Delicious!

Was my 1st ever visit to Wendy's.I fell in L❤VE with the Baconator Jr. Was the freshest burger I have had in ages.I don't go to fast food places,but I will be back to this one.Employees were great..fast service..what more can you ask for?

The meat is the freshest the baked potatoes are like baking them at home. I believe one of the best fast food places around

If you have to eat fast food. Wendy's is the best for you.

Food was good as expected, the staff was very friendly, and the place was clean.
