The service was fast. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The manager was very friendly to everyone greeting customers while staying busy. A++

I just recently got put onto Starbucks O get an Iced Matcha Latte with Almond milk and next time I'm adding vanilla cold foam 😫🥴

Great staff here, I'm always greeted when I walk in the door by the guy who is usually working the drive thru window. Only complaint might be how loud the music is and that there was no toilet paper in either bathroom during myost recent visit but usually everything is great!

The orders are quick and right every time I come here !!

I give all the baristas a lot of credit today, everyone was doing their best to get orders out. You could tell they were struggling a bit but did their best to keep their energy up to keep things moving! 😊❤

I work and I got to be at work by a certain time. Usually I come in here and it's like a Jay Z concert beings everywhere living out their coffee desires. Me personally I got a contract with coffee and Starbucks has some light beam coffee. They do their coffee beans right like making love in the Moonlight feeling the tides rise and fall.
Anyways I walked in and this morning it was chilled. Everyone was in their battle stations. One guy in front of me and I'm like " cool won't have to wait long." The girl steps away, that's fine but I continue to wait. She's now haveing a club house hang out with her peeps and I'm looking at my clock because soon I'm got to clock in. Tristan looks at them and me and Tristan sweeps in like a Hawk to do the job. Tristan had another station helping drive thru but saw a customer needed service. As a person who has worked in retail this is key for service. Tristan takes the Cake because Tristan always is on point Everytime I go in there. Tristan be doing the job!! Thank you Tristan!
Also the young sleek dude with the cool tattoos from Egypt on his arm and arabic writing. Dude made my coffee and was super kind and sweet! Dude put love in my coffee and me and my best friend are loving it. Thank you Starbucks for the great coffee!!

I have always gotten my drink within 2 minutes of ordering, so the reviews about the wait times confuse me. The staff here is super awesome. I love the moments when I caught then doing hand washing and disinfecting the store it makes me feel safe and happy that they are making sure we all stay healthy and happy. Cristina, the manager, and her team are doing fantastic!

Not normally a Starbucks patron. Went in to get a couple of tongue twisting orders for some friends. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

New store. Great layout (perfect for lounging/studying). Fantastic Staff: efficient, friendly, and professional. Parking is challenging; recommend changing the parking lot to reflect one-way traffic only for safety purposes.

This morning on my way to work I stopped to grab a coffee. AMINA, who was working the drive through, went above and beyond to provide a great customer service experience. She was so complimentary, friendly and warm. Amina made my day a great one before it hit 8am. Thank you Amina!!!

I ordered through the Mobil app and circumstances led me to be unable to pick the coffee up for over an hour. I called and Geo the supervisor on staff was more than helpful and super accommodating. I walked in he made up my reorder no problem! I love this store they all work so hard and do a great job!

Carlos and Ricardo are such Awsome beings and a great vibe!! They insisted that I try a new drink than the usual. I did and it was great choice. This location is a little hidden gem! Truth be told the gems are the staff 💫💫 delightful!!

Tyler is awesome - great customer service, Christina makes the best lattes and is a sweetheart! They are an asset to the Starbucks team a true pleasure!!

I know times have been extremely hard for the staff at the Bloomfield starbucks but I’m honestly so proud of them. I’ve seen other store close quite frequently due to covid but they have been doing their best to stay open and it couldn’t make me happier. My favorite barista’s are Awele, Nell and Cristina. They never fail to make my visit a warm one.

Beware with the need added Curbside function you can see they are understaffed when it comes to handling all different service but they try and I just wanna acknowledge.

Also the holidays decor is the best at this store that I’ve seen in YEARS.

Always get the same thing they're always so friendly no matter how weeded they are and they always remember my order. It's important to tip them SOMETHING they work hard and they're always smiling. You guys rock. I work next door so they always get me in and out. They kick a**.
