Trent needs a raise! Amazing customer service even though I passed the pay window he joyfully got me taken care of. Amazing job Trent! Love this location it's fast friendly and hot food. 5 stars! Very wonderful experience.

We ordered $40 worth of food. She handed me our ice cream containers, and it flipped over in the car still in the window. Didn't get a sorry, just oh watch out for the lids they aren't on. What?? Really. Anyways love this place but do better.

Best burger I’ve had in a long time. Fresh and hot! My order was also perfect. Seth, working the first window was professional and super friendly. That was so refreshing. Great experience at this location.

Braums is our favorite place to go. Two or three times a week.
This Braums is one of the best. Always great customer service. We visit the Robinson Braums almost every Wednesday Eve. Always met by Shelby as we enter. Always greets everyone with a welcome. Fast and friendly . Burgers are great but I usually have the chili. For a special treat, try the chili cheese fries. Love this place.

Absolutely love Braums! The ice cream and a great, as well as the food! It’s the only place we buy milk from. It is delicious and it lasts longer than any other brand of milk.

I only ever get I've cream here , very fast and friendly service... They are always super nice and I tend to have big order when I go , very quick service..

We regularly order candy bar Oreo ice cream, and double dip, depending on the person serving, sometimes it's well served, and other times ice cream is poorly served. I hope they can always keep the same quality of service.

They were awesome! The staff was fun, yet they were still diligent to cook the food and serve it fast. The food was excellent and I enjoyed every bite!

Always a great place to stop for ice cream, but their food is always excellent too! And they have a combined tiny store inside as well

This review is for this Braum’s specifically . The hamburger and fries were very good. Hot, prefect amount of Mayo and veggies. Fries were hot and perfect. Malts were prefect. The employees are very friendly. And they actually listen. The guy taking orders was in such a good mood and made us laugh. Even though it was 15 minutes until close. I have a very specific way that I want my burgers. Most usually it comes wrong and I have to send it back. Not this restaurant. They were spot on. We will definitely come back to this Braum’s!!

Best ice cream and meat products ( beef, chicken and pork) in the state. Prices are good

Simply the best ice cream!!! The grocery store right in the same building is amazing!. Their Brains brand Greek yogurt is the bes!.. They also have fresh eggs and meat and produce, it's great to stop there it only takes a few minutes to get all the essentials. Great store, great prices thank you Braund!

Amazing experience always. The assistant manager, Carson, and his team are the best!! The food and icecream are delicious as is the produce and diary section. I am hooked to this place!!

I was at your 1235 Interstate Dr, Norman, OK location and would like to compliment one of your employees for exemplary service. I was in your store at approximately 4pm today to purchase a gallon of your fruit punch. The employee that rung me up went the extra mile by wiping excess juice from the jug without me asking. Keep up the great work and continue to keep employees like him that exude customer satisfaction. I hate that I didn't get his name because he definitely needs to be applauded. He was a statuesque young man of Latino heritage. Keep employees like this in your store.

Irrespective of the fact that I was somewhat pressed for time, my objecting stomach mandated that I make a concerted effort to fill the rumbling void. As such - fast food was a necessity, and a couple of Braum's menu selections filled the bill (and my now-content stomach) nicely!! I was in and out in a flash with ample time to spare.

Great selection of icecream and a great spot to grab lunch and things to cook dinner with later!
