Charlie was very helpful from beginning to end. He helped me through my new activation. I was able to transfer my phone number from Verizon to Cricket and keep my number, and my phone from Verizon. I am so happy 😊 I got the new Cricket Dream phone 5G for free and my screen protector and phone case. I even got my HBO Max on my two phones. Party 🥳 over here. Charlie noticed it was to hot into the store, he managed to turn on the air-conditioning. He was very nice and helped me with my payment process. Thanks guys. 😊 Theres another happy 😊 customer on the way out.
