AT&T Store

I went to the store to upgrade my phone and watch. I worked with Chris. He was amazing! He was knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. He was very clear in what I should expect for pricing, to include up front payments and ongoing billing. He helped me choose the right phone for me and asked a lot of probing questions in order to make an educated recommendation. I am very pleased with Chris and am glad he was able to assist me.

The agent at AT&T was very patient and helpful. We had a lot of issues but he patiently took care of us. We learned a lot more information about products we didn’t care before. He made us decide to stay with AT&T by representing the company with such an awesome attitude and knowledge about the company he works for. Good job agent Manny Hernandez! I would give you more stars if allowed to. So full stars to this AT&T rep! Keep this young man in the company! Thank you!

All I have to say this place offers the best customer service I ever had, when it comes AT&T store. Also shout out to Christian who provided some of the most helpful well detail service! Really excellent work! Also the rest of the staff were super nice too! Really recommend this store to anyone in need of a new phone or service provider! 🤩

Helpful staff. Make an appointment online for ease and not having to wait. Greeting right when walked in and told someone will be with us shortly. Only waited about 8 mins to be helped. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. In and out under 20 mins.

Manny the sales rep was awesome and cause of his great service is the reason i bought 2 iPhones instead of just one i intend to buy.

Went in today after my phone decided to not turn on since last night. I woke up today super stressed it still wasn’t turning on or holding a charge. We walked in and were greeted immediately. We sat down and told them the problem and he started cleaning the port. It still didn’t turn on. With the iPhone 15 coming out in a few weeks it was a tough choice but I got a new phone. He was super helpful and knowledgeable.

This store is very clean with friendly and helpful staff. They are patient and explain everything to help you make the right choice for your needs.

Honestly, this store is the best. Everyone is super knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to make sure you and your device are good... I feel like they can help with anything

I am Terry's wife, Nancy posting this review... and was in desperate need of help with my failed iphone while dealing with my husband's surgery at nearby Douglas Hospital. Sales Representative Aratxa Valdez immediately greeted me as I walked in, checked on what was happening with my phone, gave encouragement right away, and proceeded to help me with exactly what I needed. Aratxa was a breath of fresh air in the world of tech vs normal understanding, and gave me clear instructions to file a claim for a replacement phone. Two days later I received the replacement phone and brought it back to the Main St AT&T store for activation. Again, Aratxa was there with her welcoming smile, activated the cell service for me, and made sure any questions I had were answered before leaving. She was a joy to meet and a huge relief!!

Manny was very helpful and resolved my solution quickly. Will definitely be coming back to this one.

I’ve been to many AT&T stores having used their service and iPhones. In the past it has taken hours to buy a phone or resolve issues, but my experience yesterday was wonderful. The associate who helped me was kind, friendly, personable, professional and knew exactly what I needed. Her name is Christian. She was not the manager but has been working there for 4 years. She helped me and resolved my issue in record time. I will tell everyone I know to shop there. Main and Chapman in Orange. Thank you again, Christian.

I visited 3 different authorized retailers/franchises/whatever today, but I will now ONLY go to a AT&T CORPORATE RUN STORE like this one.

The support specialist, Christian, was patient, knowledgeable, transparent and very courteous. Her exemplary assistance was worth every second of my time on the wait list. It goes to show that customer support personnel are just as patient with you as you are with them.

Within 10mins my very complicated account issue was fixed, no manager or Karen meltdown was required, and I came in HEATED. Whatever these folks are being paid, it's not enough.

Christian was awesome great customer service very friendly !!! Not only was she welcoming but she was also very patient answered all my questions and not one time was she rude . She was not in a hurry to help us we were their for hours with her to help us on our cable box and walked out with a better deal on our bill and two new I phone watches . She had me walk out of their very satisfied in customer service! I would highly recommend her ! She should be employee of the month!! Nice work Christian keep it up !

Christian has great customer service !! She is very friendly , humble and most important very patient. She answered all my questions not once was she rude or told us to hurry !! I live much closer to other AT&T stores and I still keep coming back to this store. Why? …It’s because of the great customer service I get every time. The store manager and her crew actually listen and that’s key to me in being in retail. Let’s face it the competition is strong to just go elsewhere, but why not go back to the store that treats you well. Reward great customer service with your return loyalty.

I have truly never had a good experience at any ATT store until today…at this store! They were fabulous! I thought for sure they wouldn’t be able to help me without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. Jessica kindly greeted me and I explained my situation of needing to reactive my phone service while here in the states for a short period of time before returning to Europe. Ivez also came up and started talking to me and really explained some things that weren’t clear with our service while we are living abroad. I just feel like they listened, they cared, they were truly interested in helping and that isn’t something people do on the regular these days. These 2 were terrific and I walked out so grateful and pleased!!!

What could have been a super stressful situation at the store was super great with Sandra's help. I came in with my 3 young kids for a new phone and felt comfortable making a choice with her help and informative knowledge. She was patient with all my questions and even helped me lower my home internet bill, by switching from Spectrum to AT&T. I will definitely return to this location for future needs, because of Sandra's fantastic service. Thank you!

Helpful staff! I went in for questions and help on in already existing customer not buying anything and they still spent a lot of time with me told me to come back anytime I needed help highly recommend buying their products they'll help you with them later if you need it
