Smart Shopper Discount Grocery

This is my absolutely favorite place to grab discounted groceries, I ALWAYS stop here before trying Aldi's. The have stuff marked 75% off retail prices, the freezer section is where it's really at. If you're on a small tight budget but still wanna feed your family meat, do yourself a favor and get the tenderloins and whole chickens here, prices don't get any better. I moved away Dec 2023 and I've yet to find a grocery outlet store that lives up to this place.

I scoured Tampa looking for one of these and only found .one in Apollo beach. Not only are they local but they run a large operation. It's like a legit grocery store! As well the people who work there are very nice and try to help where possible. Everything I could ask for- al boxes checked!

Knowing that there are things that have gone past the "best by date" which really just means the manufacturer can't guarantee the freshness beyond that date is helpful. The prices are very fair and the staff is great. Really glad my Wife found this place.

I recently discovered this place and I’m super happy that I did because they have amazing prices! Yes, some of the items are expired but I found a lot of food items that weren’t! I love my mini waffle maker($6.99). I’m currently doing Keto so it was nice to find beef jerky packs for $1.25, keto friendly tortillas for $1.00 and keto ice cream for $1.50. They have a lot of home items like book shelves, lamps etc for very low prices and even 10lb wing boxes for $19.99. I will definitely be back!!

I really enjoy going here. You get a lot for your money. I really appreciate it because employees also are very nice. They always speak and smile and make you feel welcome and they always help you.

Can't say enough great things about this place. Go shop there you'll love it and fall in love with everyone and everything.

Lots more merch added lately.. Who doesn't love bacon @ $4 pound??? 7/5/23 lots new stock in; store getting really packed with merch. In some cases they're pricing items at/higher than comp Aldi/Wlmart products-gonna have to lower $$ to move them 9/27/23 Lotsa canned sodas @ great prices today; also good Arnold breads @ $1.50 - good day! 1/16/24 free case of lunch chicken cheese cracker thingies w/$25 purchase-love it!

This place is so amazing I'm tempted to gate keep it sometimes. However, everyone deserves access to affordable, fresh, and available food!

The quantity, quality, and availability of the items brought into this store never seize to amaze me. They don't only sell food either! So head on in here to get necessities at great prices.

Whenever I need to pack food for a lot of people, I come here. The staff is friendly and sometimes I wind up walking away with bargains I'd never see elsewhere. Like $5 for a wholesale box of Reese Cups once.

I have been coming to smart shoppers for over 3 years and not only is the prices excellent all the staff are amazing. I know I can be a handful but they have always been so sweet, answering all my questions and are very knowledgeable. Thanks smart shoppers for all your great prices and kindness 🌸

Some of the product is expired but for the most part great prices great customer service I will Def be back in the future maybe even weekly. They have some meats not expired, cereal cereal bars, noodles, all kinds of stuff amd snap. EBT is accepted if that is an option.

Love this place! Amazing prices! I can fill a cart for $50 which would cost me $150 or more at Walmart or Publix. Since I discovered this place I end up going there once or twice a week at least. If you find a good deal and you like it then stock up because it may not be there next week. All their employees are amazing and very friendly.
