Phil's ACE Hardware

I tend to be afraid of criticism/skepticism/belittling when entering male-centered spaces like Ace when I don’t know much about hardware/houseware. Prineville Ace has never failed me. They have the most friendly folks working there that just want to help. I’ve gotten my car fob fixed, gotten extra screws for an Amazon cabinet I bought, got new house key copies, got so much spray paint, among so much else. I feel very comfortable going there for all my hardware needs!

They didn’t have the product I needed but the girl who helped me was super nice and called another location since it’s a drive and that location had it and she made sure they placed it on hold for me to pick up! Very nice and accommodating!

I like that they moved into a bigger building. They have more stuff and you can find things easier. The staff is always friendly and will go out of their way for you. Great place to find things you might need to fix your house, garden, etc.

Always a good place to go loads of hardware, all I ever needed anyway.

Love these folks. As a complete noob in the home repair world the people here are super helpful, never make me feel stupid for asking dumb (uninformed) questions, and troubleshooting the home improvement disasters I tend to get myself into. Prices are pretty good too, considering the price of everything these days. Absolutely going to return here.

We recently started going to this store more often. It is well stocked and I normally get lots of help when I’m in there. I probably always look confused.
They also have the most random and amazing stuffed animal supply. We have come away with some cool creatures for our kiddo.
Prices obviously suck but it’s Like how the world is these days boooo.

Excellent service every time. They can make a chipped key a lot cheaper than the dealer. Worth the drive from Madras.

I like the huge variety of EVERYTHING that they have. I’ve been ordering most of my cleaning supplies online but I’ve found that Ace Hardware has a nice selection of it all and for the most part their prices are the same as the online shopping prices

We were able to find a flat sprinkler hose and other things we needed. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Always helpful and have what I need

Traveling through the Prineville area and stopped into Phil's ACE a few times. I have to say that everyone in the store was very helpful and courteous. Clean, neat and just a fun place to walk around in.
We especially appreciated Tim's help. He went the extra mile to help us find the product we were looking for. Tim gave us over-the-top customer service, which we will remember. We will be back in the future to Prineville and will for sure be stopping back in.

Super helpful employees. I’m liking the new much larger store. It’s nice to be able to go to one store and both husband and I can come out with the things we need for our projects

It's so helpful to have this store so close. They always have helpful, knowledgeable staff available to answer questions and offer ideas for home repair issues. Definitely an improvement compared to big box stores.

They are extremely helpful knowledgeable and resourceful to help you go the extra mile to get whatever it is you need fixed they have even altered stuff for me so that it fit my needs. What a great team you have there! They also donate every time I go there for search and rescue and I can't be more appreciative! Extremely helpful and super nice!! They helped me a ton with a attachment for my portable dishwasher, they even showed me on a sink how to hook it up! Thank you!!

Some how they cram more useful stuff in there store in 1/20 of the space if the big box stores. They have more bolts and other products on hand then home Depot or Lowe's. Makes me wonder what the other stores use as filler. They have things that i would need that I can't find at the large stores.
