Great customer service. No wait, friendly, personable and I had a very informative young woman that walked me through the process of getting custom inserts and shoes. I have been to this store a few times and they are always friendly. I use the online store as well but it is nice to go in and get waited on and I appreciate the care.

I have always found Fleet Feet to be very accommodating and helpful. I have bad feet and when I find a shoe that fits I buy every different color that they have. I’m usually able to get several different shoes in my size.

The sales person I interacted with, Michael, was knowledgeable and the foot scanning technology taught me a lot about my foot and gait. I get a lot of compliments on the shoes and my feet feel good.

I always buy my running shoes from Fleet Feet. They have the best selection and match your foot with just the right shoe! They also keep a record of your purchase so that it is very easy to replace old shoes!

This is one of the few full service shoe stores left. Our sales representative Michael scanned my feet and discussed options with me in a very attentive and knowledgeable way. I haven't received this level of attention and service perhaps ever in my life when buying shoes.

Great running store in Aptos! Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Great variety of running gels, drink mixes, etc. They stock running apparel from different brands, so there is lots to choose from.

Great experience. Very patient, thoughtful, experienced. Spent 45 minutes with me individually - no interruptions! The system of the foot analysis was awesome and helped me understand his choices of shoes to show me...which were spot on!

Sales guy asked if I wanted to scan my feet to see which shoe would fit my feet the best. He then brought out three different manufacturers. First one felt good, the second one felt okay and the third one felt perfect. I walked out with happy feet!

I got my wife a gift card to here, she went in and had her feet scanned and tried on 4 pairs of onclouds with insoles. When she decided on a pair the sales woman laced them up a special way that was more comfortable for her high arches. She is in love with her new shoes and wish she had got them sooner.

The people at Fleet Feet were very helpful from the minute I walked in the door. They really seemed to care about their customers. Michael asked all the right questions to get the best shoe for my needs, even concerning color! And surprise, surprise, they even have a 60 day return policy. John was super friendly and informed! He took a thorough examination of my feet, explained it in detail but in an accessible way. He brought out many shoes for me to try and gave me great explanations and feedback on each. He made me feel welcomed and validated. Cannot recommend him or this store enough!
