JO is literally the best barista EVER!
Literally always makes my drinks to PERFECTION! And a bonus for always being so kind & helpful. If you’re Jo’s mangers & you find yourself reading this, please give this lovely girl a raise, she deserves it, She’s AMAZING 🫶🏽

Usually pretty quick, hate the parking lot but that’s not their fault. People there are very nice and personable and tend to make great drinks. Don’t think I’ve ever had a mistake in an order here, other than too much ice in light ice.

Service was outstanding. The cashier helped with my starbucks card until it finally worked even though I offered alternative payment. The order was prepared while we worked out the payment. Everyone treated us well with a smile. Update: again the cashier was friendly and the order was prepared timely and correctly. This is one of my favorite locations even though it is not on a main route for us.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks I've been to. The employees here remember my name and love to say hello to my kitty in my backpack. We have small real moments, along with just sweet and happy mornings. I once came in not at all okay, and I was recieved with such love that I was overwhelmed with gratitude. I really appreciate the staff here, and they make my drinks in perfection. I appreciate you guys!

Starbucks is Starbucks... You might take a star off for one instance or you give them your usual star rating. A good location generally calls for a higher rating.

This location is tucked away on the back and does not face traffic - on a sunny winter morning it's just wonderful to soak in the sun and sip in the coffee!

I really love this location. It’s big and bright, and most importantly, the staff is super friendly. I usually order a customized drink, which I understand can be annoying to some. But I’ve been here 4 times so far and the employees have always been warm and welcoming. They never make me feel bad like some Starbucks have. It’s in a cute location too, in the heart of Aptos. Will def come here whenever I’m in the area.

Shout out to Caleb for being so nice and so understanding and making my super specific drink perfectly. I just got my wisdom teeth out and it was so nice to have this amazing drink, and Caleb was so incredibly sweet about it too. Thanks Caleb.

This is my local Starbucks there friendly very nice and have good customer service. What I like is they always say hi to everyone who comes in the door. The drinks are always consistent and I love this place

Spacious, friendly, convenient. The parking lot is the problem, since the traffic light has been installed, the parking lot gets backed up. So if you are in a hurry, plan an extra five minutes.

Always greeting customers and friendly service. sometimes it does gets busy in the morning recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app. Awesome at working under stress/pressure.

I don't like Starbucks. My lil spawn really likes it a lot. She likes Iced Matcha Green Tea. Starbucks have Puppacinos which is whipped cream for dogues. I give them a 5 for that.

I loved Starbuck in the original Battlestar Gallactica. Dirk Benedict.
He was also on The A Team. He died pretty young of cancer. He was great on Battlestar Gallactica. Great show.

A very nice Starbucks; well laid out. Good location with nice indoor and outdoor seating.

Update: still one of the nicer Starbucks that I frequent. Plenty of shaded outdoor seating.

I am anti-Starbucks in theory, but this place has really easy parking, reasonable seating including couple of plush armchairs, lots of outlets to plug into, and a variety of snack and lunch foods. I often end up here by default when I need to work from my laptop somewhere in Aptos or Soquel since I don't need to go anywhere else for lunch and I can get a comfortable chair.

All the employees here are professional, polite, kind and really care about making your beverage for you!! One of my go to spots for an excellent Starbucks beverage.

I mobile ordered to the wrong location and the staff at this location were SO sweet. Insisting on remaking my order extremely promptly. My favorite branch by far- everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Thank you staff!

I love this location I got a chai latte like at around 8:55 am it was so good also someone put Danny Boy as name it was so cute <333 definitely coming back here

This is a Starbucks, what else do you need to know? The folks here are very friendly and there's a nice patio area. If you need coffee this is an option
