I have shopped at Office Depot for years. I took advantage of their teacher discount when I taught. I am always pleased with the products I purchase. Office Depot carries quality products at a great price.

I was hoping to find a particular item which I did find. I had one question about it and the manager was right there, on the floor, to very pleasantly answer it. The man, Scott, who checked me out also was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate that they were knowledgeable and friendly without being pests.

I wanted multiple pieces of the same item, initial web information showed all were in stock. After ordering, I immediately got a notice that their inventory was slightly off and a notice of where I could pick up all of the item at another store, that was an exceptional response. I have ordered many items from a variety of stores and not receive notice that the item was not available until after the scheduled pick up time. They must have a very competent webmaster.

I had a great shopping experience at Office Depot and kind sales associate carried printer I purchased out to my car!

Aaron went above and beyond the call of duty, spending 30-45 minutes to help us locate the discount code we were trying to find on an affiliated site, and ensure that the discount was applied to our order, despite technical challenges encountered with the in-store system. Aaron overcame all of those challenges for us!

Office Depot has consistently provided high quality print and copy services that are accurate and on-time. I particularly like their self-service options. Their self-service options cost are so low that I no longer need a printer or copier at home. Thanks OD for reducing my expenses for print and copy. I have been an OD customer for almost 10 years and no doubt OD will be my first choice for future office services, supplies, and equipment.

I love the options and really like the pick-up at store option if you're in a hurry!

Staff is always helpful. Prices on some items is comparable. Young man that waited on me yesterday was in training and did an excellent job. Very clean and pleasant. I am retired and those two things are important to me in my shopping.

Today my husband and I came in Office Depot with lots of questions and got all of our needs met by Ana. We are new small business owners and needed labels printed. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. She did not rush us and she kept a smile on her face the entire time. Her attitude is what makes us want to come back. This store is a bit of a drive but worth it when you get great customer service as we did today with Ana. Office Depot need more employees like her.
