This is one of my favorite Game stops to visit. The manager here is great. The store is clean and the products are easy to find. The staff is friendly and great with helping me find things. I always come here whether I'm looking for a new game, a used game, or some accessories. All in all, one of my favorite places period.

Gilbert was so kind, accommodating, and personable during my visit. I've spent the past week and a half scouring the web and physical stores for the Switch OLED to no avail. Since this GameStop location is next to the grocery store I was stopping at on the way home, I decided to pop in, almost like a joke. I think Gilbert realized immediately that I was about to burst from excitement! So as he was going over my original Switch I was trading in, he and I chatted for a good while about gaming of all sorts amongst other topics. He was thorough in answering all my questions with not a single hint of annoyance or exasperation. GameStop's corporate office needs to recognize and reward the incredible asset they have in Gilbert.

So I came to GameStop and one of the employees asked if everything is fine I replied with "No I'm sick I have tubonerculosis. It dont have long to live, it's just long." The blobde boy smiled and said "hey that's pretty good"

At the check-out line I fell down due to my tubonerculosis and that blonde boy from earlier smiled again and said "Thank you my valued guest. Next time be sure to buy one of our power up rewards memberships."
10/10 will be back

The employees have to do marketing on sundays, of course they didn’t acknowledge you they were busy doing there job so they could go home on time
