These days, online reviews are how consumers predetermine how their experience might be with a retailer. However, my experience with this particular Tory Burch store was definitely not 3.8 stars worthy. I received nothing but 5 star service. After looking online, and seeing that the item I wanted was 80 miles from my home, I decided to call. Im so glad I did. JORDAN was the staff member that took my call. She verified my item was in stock and completed the order over the phone. What sets this young lady apart is that even though my order was complete, she decided to go above and beyond and text me my tracking info and a picture of my item wrapped up and ready for delivery. THIS is what I call World Class Customer Service. Not sure if anyone at Tory Burch reads this, but if you do, keep that young lady at all costs. JORDAN is breeding the culture that is needed for retailers to flourish even in these trying times. Thank you Jordan.

Tory has a beautiful store on Worth Av in Palm Beach. The staff is helpful and courteous, the merchandise is lovely.

So happy that Tory is back on the island it's one of my favourite stores. Now I don't have to drive off the Island to go to the Mall at this time of year. Staff is extremely welcoming and
Hospitable. I recommend Tory Burch if you are looking for something to wear for the holiday or gifts for family and friends her price points are perfect.
